The OP is the "poster child" for how this next coming generation will have almost no respect for the value of the dollar, even less than my generation does. Now i'm only 24, so i'm not incredibly far however i've grown up buying EVERYTHING i've ever had that was "worth while" and more than a necessity. Even cars, i've owned my car since i was 16 years old.
My parents did buy me my first phone but it was a free phone and i was perfectly content with it.
The fact that they look at what kind of phone a person has, to declare whether they are "rich" or "of value" or not is just so sad. Honestly you could probably find drug dealers out there that have iphones, but does that mean he's rich or successful?
OP had an iphone way before everyone else is their class, so obviously that makes them upper class right? WRONG, it just means your parents bought you your's first
This is a question to the OP if you're still reading this insane thread. Did you even pay for your iphone? do you pay the monthly bills? do you have a car and if so did you pay for that on your own? Do you pay any bills on your own?
My bet to the majority if not all of those is "No"
Ugh this thread frustrates me.....
