Has your MBP shipped yet?

Well, I talked to them several times. Most of them were polite but NOT useful and one was not respectful and blamed me for customizing a MBP rather than purchasing ready-to-ship Anyway, the nice ones are all in agreement with us but they do not have any additional information than we can see on our order statuses!!! They do not have any connection to China and they cannot tell. They say it will be delivered within the time frame and they do not care when it ships. Although I have 2 days shipping, they actually state on the order status that the delivery estimate is from Apr 27 (tomorrow ) - May 3 which should not bel like that if it took the full 7 business days and 2 business days shipping. I really hate that!! By the way, one of the agents said that you cannot blame anyone as these are ESTIMATES and things can happen, so it is not guaranteed delivery!!.

What do you think, guys? Apple is nice!

With the tens of thousands that are being made and shipped I think they are doing a pretty good job. Once it goes "Prepared..." you could see it on your doorstep in two days or it could take many more. I ordered one on the 13th (launch day) and it was in my hands on the 21st at 0930. I didn't care for the anti-glare and ordered a glossy and it's taking a little longer. I have been watching this post since day one and there is plenty of time to get it to you by the third (unless you live in Canada and it switches from FedEx to UPS). Hope that helps.

I called apple today to see if they give me a better estimate. I was told that right now, they're usually arriving 1 day ahead of the last day of the ETA. So my delivery window is stated as Apr 30 - May 6th, and it's likely i'll get it on the 5th.

Mine was originally quoted as Apr 26-30 (ordered on the 16th) and according to Fedex it's scheduled to arrive on the 29th, so it sounds like that Apple rep may have known what he was talking about.

i hope so!

my last delivery date is may 3rd (monday) meaning that if all works out and there are no delays, i could have it this friday! but i feel like i'm stretching it by expecting it on that date. i'll just hold out for this monday to avoid major weekend disappointment.

If you don't get a "received after FedEx cutoff" it should be in Anc or Mem tomorrow then to you the next day. Otherwise add a day.

Hallelujah! The status has finally changed to prepared for shipment! I have the expedited shipping so I hope it can arrive to ON Canada by friday, I desperately need the computer otherwise I'm screwed. Anyone here get a shipment to the GTA and if so how long did it take? Any info would help a lot! Hope everyone gets their MBPs asap.
