Has your MBP shipped yet?

I checked my UPS tracking number info and it says my delivery type is EXPEDITED. I never chose this as an option and I'm in Canada. I hope they are sending me the right laptop!
 
I ordered the 15" 2.4Ghz with a 500GB and hi res glossy screen on April 17 from the Apple Canada store. They said it would ship in 5 - 7 business days. Today is the seventh business day and it still says not shipped yet. Boo urns.
 
Looks like a slight delay in customs....still on track for the 29th:

I hope so, I forgot Saturday and Sunday does not count towards that 5-7 day shipping window. I ordered on the 20th so today is my 5th business day too.

less then 24 hours

I ordered mine from powermax, first a 13 inch which I sent back last week now 15 inch (see sig below) should be here by this time tomorrow judging by the delivery time last week.
 
Anyone know why FedEx's tracking time is all messed up?

I have the time zone set to 'destination'. it's only 5:34 PM on Apr 27th right now, and that's been up since early this morning.

When I got my first MBP in on the 21st, it also had two "in transit" tags. I wouldn't worry about it.

no better luck. i ordered the same configuration last week monday and it still hasn't shipped. :confused:
 
Ordered on the 18th HR glossy with 7200rpm 15" i7 with all the rest defaults. First estimated receive date is today, still not shipped or prepared. :(
 
It Arrived

Just as I was returning from work, the UPS truck pulled up outside my house at 6 pm and delivered my MBP (HR Glossy 15 inch). Ordered on the 15th and I'm in Toronto....
 
Just got an e-mail from Apple.

They said that they are happy to report that they will be delivering ahead of schedule (they quoted 5 May on my invoice) and that mine will be arriving tomorrow! UPS's tracking site seems to match up as well : ) :D

Moo ooo Finally Prepared! :)

:D I ordered on Monday April 19th - I was going to call Apple tomorrow - but right on the 6th business day - Yay! Iz Prepared for shipment! Moo ooo Yay- Can ya tell I'm excited! Why is it that when ever I order an Apple product - I'm like a lil girl on X mass! - Prolly the only corporation ..... iLove! Now Ship me MBP i7 :) I have hope now! :) Moo oooo ooo! :D

I am really frustrated with my order not yet shipped

I have been checking my order status every 5 minutes since April 18th when I made my order in the early morning and it is now 9:00 PM Eastern time and it is the end of the 7th business day after the order date and it is not shipped yet: Mine is:

2.66GHz Intel Core i7
4GB 1066MHz DDR3 SDRM - 2x2GB
500GB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200
SuperDrive 8X DL
MBP 15" HR Glossy WS Display

I called many times and no one is giving me any clue. Just be patient! Any rights here for us?! I se that everyone ordered even after me starting to get theirs prepared for shipment. I am not sure what is going on with me. It is my first trial of Mac and I am frustrated!!

It's 9:30am Wednesday morning in Shanghi. I have seen quite a few 15" Hi Res Glossy's taking the full 7 days to prepare. I haven't seen anyone complain about it taking longer however. Looking at the calendar, I would think it has to move to "prepared for shipment sometime today (shanghi time).

If not, I'd call Apple and ask "if not 5-7, then how long?" Then get back on here and write out what their response was. Lots of us will want to know.

Well, I talked to them several times. Most of them were polite but NOT useful and one was not respectful and blamed me for customizing a MBP rather than purchasing ready-to-ship :) Anyway, the nice ones are all in agreement with us but they do not have any additional information than we can see on our order statuses!!! They do not have any connection to China and they cannot tell. They say it will be delivered within the time frame and they do not care when it ships. Although I have 2 days shipping, they actually state on the order status that the delivery estimate is from Apr 27 (tomorrow :)) - May 3 which should not bel like that if it took the full 7 business days and 2 business days shipping. I really hate that!! By the way, one of the agents said that you cannot blame anyone as these are ESTIMATES and things can happen, so it is not guaranteed delivery!!.

What do you think, guys? Apple is nice!
