Ill give Apple the benefit of the doubt ;) Hopefully i will see a change over the weekend, but i'm fearing the little Chinese people will not work until Monday... That would actually mean i get my order on the 22-23rd, damn you 'estimated shipping time'!

Ordered Tuesday at 6:01PM PDT eith standard shipping. Finally hit "Prepared for Shipment" over night. Estimated delivery is still Apr 16-22. Is it too late to kick it up to expedited? Would it do any good?

Ok fair 'nuff then....I didn't order mine until 9P or so PDT on the 13th, more than 12 hours after you. Since you ordered in the AM and they are being configured over in China, I likely missed the cutoff for daily builds and it got pushed until the next day.

I ordered exactly what you ordered 3 hours before you and I'm still at "Not Yet Shipped"

FINALLY my i7 17" antiglare is preparing for shipmnent! As long as it gets to me next week i'll be happy.
 
I ordered a BTO 15" on 4/14 and it still says not yet shipped :mad: I find myself refreshing my order page more than I refreshed the apple store tuesday morning lol.

I upgraded the HDD, i7 processor, and the HD glossy screen. It sill says will deliver 16-22. Anyone else in the same boat?

I actually refreshed the order status so much last night Apple banned my IP from it and put up a fake "Apple Order Status page is down for scheduled maintenance." So I just went to my iphone and refreshed it there :).

Haha Apple might be on the verge of doing that to me as well. I'm sitting here in math class just hitting f5 every 30 seconds, hoping it will change to "prepared to ship" At this point, after waiting for so long, I don't even care lol.
We have the same MBP set up btw :D

Not sure if they will take off from China not knowing if the airspace will be open. Reports are currently saying it could be middle of next week until normal service is resumed.

This is not a BTO, this is a CTO because you upgraded several components. It shouldn't make much difference, I'd still expect it to hit "Prepared to Ship" today or tomorrow... You were a day after and production is only now getting to those.

Not sure if it makes a difference, but mine was ordered through the Apple Employee Store from a friend. Priority treatment?

I ordered my 15" i7 with 7200rpm HDD and glossy HR screen on Wednesday at about 9:15 am. Still hasn't changed to "prepared to ship" status. I'm chewing on my fingernails trying to keep my mind off of clicking the refresh button.

For sh*ts and giggles I went to the online US store to reconfigure my CTO to see what the lead time on a custom 15" i7 is. It's as of this writing, up to 5-7 days! :eek:

I really hope mine arrives flawless...I'd hate to have to send it back and wait another (few?) weeks to get a replacement.
