Have you tried at this page (making sure to select reference number instead of consignment)?

http://www.tnt.com/webtracker/tracker.do?navigation=1&respLang=en&respCountry=GB&genericSiteIdent=

Mine has now been updated to say the following

Code:
10 Jun 2007 18:12 Shanghai Shipped From Originating Depot

Guess it was shipped from the factory on friday but has been sitting around Shanghai for the past couple of days.

Mine shows exactly the same as yours... down to the time! Must be in the same shipment. :D

Yes this is my 10th odd mac i have never had TNT tracking until it enters europe and its never said anything about shanghai. APECODE says i am booked on the next flight

I think mine is going UPS anyway as Walsh Western UK are dealing with my order

I have not followed up on this thread in the past 2 days because I have not had time, however in case this has happened to anyone else and it has not yet been covered, here is my story.

I bought my computer on the 5th of June which was supposed to be shipped by the 8th because I paid $15 for faster shipping.

They were unable to ship my computer by the 8th, which I was not mad about because its a new product, but I didn't pay extra for it to be shipped late anyway and after I had called twice in reference to this because I did not get my confirmation email until the 7th, way later then the half hour it was supposed to take. When I was talking to them they assured me everything was OK and not to worry about the confirmation.

So I called Apple and basically said I do not think its fair that I should be charged the $15 after it was shipped late and after the fact I called twice to make sure everything was ok.

He agreed and they credited be $15.

I was nice the whole time which probably helped and I told him I understood it was a new product in high demand.

So if anyone else is/was in my situation, you can get your shipping charges credited.

The extra $15 hs nothing to do with when Apple will ship the products, it guarantees 2-3 day delivery time after Apple has shipped the product.

I understand that and my order status said shipped by the 8th, which it didn't. This was what I was contesting.

"Ships by: Jun 6 - Jun 8
Delivers by: Jun 8 - Jun 13"

Long delay for educational order

You guys are killing me! I put in an order for a 15" glossy w. the 200Gb HD on June 7, and it's showing me "Ships by June 21, Arrives by June 28". The worst part is that if I look at the individual/student ordering link rather than faculty it says 1-3 days, not 1-2 weeks!

Not that this is stopping me from checking several times a day (even on a Sunday) for updated status -- I hope it will ship earlier than the latest possible date.

Mine is there as well. Must be a nice bunch of MBP's travelling together. Apple claims it will be delivered by June 13, but I guess June 12 if it reaches Arnhem tomorrow evening.

does anyone know whether the facility in shanghai is kept running on the weekends? I might finally be in favor of outsourcing if they do and my MBp gets here more quickly:rolleyes:

I am guessing they probably do during new product releases.

Exactly the same times as me, apart from the pick up one.

Well, I'm sitting on pins and needles here. Mine (stock 2.2ghz MBP) apparently shipped (via FedEx) from Shanghai on the 8th, arrived in Anchorage yesterday, and is in Memphis today.

BTW, I'm located in Edmonton, Canada... so I have to ask, Memphis?!

It goes from Alaska, right over my head, and straight on to Memphis before heading my way. Why couldn't they just attach a parachute and drop it on their way over? :D
