Doing the same tomorrow if my 2 IUP orders don’t ship tonight. Both phones were available locally at multiple times today and yesterday.
Added myself to the long list of opting to cancel pre-order launch order and picking-up at local Apple store. In and out in less than 10min with my AT&T SG 256. At open, the store had a line of about 8 reservations and maybe 30 walk-in's. An employee told there group they had more than enough for everyone there. Guess I wasted my time pre-ordering this year.
Finally got PFS and charged, hoping to get it this week

For those who got their phones shipped already, do you have any idea of how Long it took to go from Preparing for Shipment to Shipped?
I have an arrival scan in DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth). Think it may be come by ground to OKC as I can’t find any UPS flights to OKC. 3 hour drive.
I cancelled my 11/17 - 11/24 Apple pre-order on Friday, after walking into Verizon at 8am and picking up their last 256 silver.
First and last time I pre-order from Apple. I usually pre-order from Verizon eBay year, and I always get them on launch day. Tried Apple for the first time and couldn’t get in until :10 after, then got the stupid reservation message (after having an 11/3 delivery date while checking out), which somehow bumped to 11/17-24... then iUP orders seem to have gotten preference and many got bumped to 11/3, while my outright purchase just waited in limbo... I’ll be back to ordering from Verizon next time.

Picked up a 256 silver today after ordering this morning. I cancelled the 2 preorders I had. Hopefully some of you get yours sooner because of it.

Got a message from my credit card about the charge from Apple. My order says now "preparing for shipment" but the delivery date is still the same 11/16-11/24. So they are working on it today

I guess depends on the area where you are. By me the store supply didn't last very long. Only the 64gb lasted awhile.
I guess those of us who got stuck in the 11/17-11/24 hell (versus being bumped up one day) are not seeing much movement.
Letting it get delivered. We have a front desk in our building that signs for all packages and I work until 2:30 tomorrow so it’s the easiest way for me.
They all had full stock yesterday morning when I did a quick search for AT&T models. Was about 7am.
Absolutely no movement on my order either. On Saturday, the day after releas at about 6am PST I decided to check the inventory of the local apples stores. I was able to find a close by store that had the exact configuration I wanted. So I bought it and picked it up today. Guess there is no need to keep my preorder then.
Didn’t expect it to be easy easy as it was to get one the following day. I figured I would have to wait for the ship date for sure.

I pre-ordered and got my confirmation email at 12:26 AM PT. iPhone X 256GB Space Gray Verizon. I ordered on the Apple website - I'm not in the upgrade program and I just paid the full price.
Was given a delivery date of November 17-24 and it has not changed. Anyone else in a similar situation? I'm curious if any November 17-24's have been moved up and, if so, when they placed their preorder.
