Nope. No bloatware. I'm on Verizon too--just don't know how you managed to get it shipped via FedEx.

Have fun today!!!

I ordered on Friday, Oct. 27th at 2:00 am (well, I tried for around 20 minutes before I got through)...Guess it's just as random as the ordering was??

My phone is in the same batch as yours. Let me guess... space gray 256, paid in full, waiting in OIP since right after the online Apple Store opened on 10/27. Watching later IUP, carrier, and store walk-in orders jump your preorder for the last 2 weeks. ;)

I think things look good for Friday, unless we get nailed with a long customs wait somewhere or severe weather at a hub.

Haha spot on! TMo space gray 256 in OIP till 24 hrs ago when the card got charged and now at shanghai

After sitting in Korea since 11/10, this morning the status changed to...
Incheon, Korea, Republic of 11/13/2017 6:50 P.M. Departure Scan

Maybe this flight?

UPS53 Departure: Mon 06:00PM KST Arrival: 07:46AM AKST Mon

Scheduled to arrive in Anchorage 5 minutes early, this morning.

:^)

Arrival estimate originally was 11/17, jumped to 11/14 when shipped, went to 11/15 while in Incheon, is now 11/16. So although it was frustrating to see the movement of my iPhone stall out in Korea, it's still on track to be a day early than the earliest promised delivery when I hit the order submit button.

In the same boat just wish it would arrive already

Got my iPhone X Friday. Interestingly, that was the original delivery date after the first bump after launch day. It jumped around between the 10th and the 15th for a bit.

So far I love it. It's the perfect size, and I don't miss the home button at all.

Verizon 256GB silver, IUP

Response from UPS regarding non-moving package in China. Barely even qualifies as English, let alone helpful.

I'm going to contact UPS again, maybe ill get someone more competent than the other person I spoke to...

stuck at Incheon Korea for 4 days now finally moved. Original targeted 11/14 and now it has been delayed to 11/16.
worst iphone purchase experience in the past 10 years.

I'm so confused by the shipping routes. Are there times the phone goes from Shanghai directly to Kentucky? Does mine still need to go to Incheon? Mine departed Shanghai at 9:35pm on 13th. I have no idea where it's headed though.

I think this might be our flight...

I see no real problem here. Basically it’s customs holding things back. What would you like ups to do? Is your phone arriving later than when Apple said it would?

UPDATE: arrived Anchorage 4:27 am, delivery still Thursday, the 16. Finally on US soil. Live in Palm Desert, CA. Should be a straight shot south! Looking good here.

Apple says 22nd for me too. Ups says end of day 17th. Mine had the same departure scan and arrived at Shanghai at 10:51 , same for you?
Nothing since ZZ. I've been checking hourly -- I'd love to figure out a flight if anything. My current status is the same screenshot I posted earlier, unfortunately...

That's a non-point from the moment it ships. Once it is in UPS hands, I need to stay on top of it. A high-priced item like this can simply disappear. Seeing an item sit in one place for 5 days (while other shipments before and after are moving) is not acceptable.

Much of the same:

"I am sorry that the delivery date is not visible. With these type of shipments we have a contractual agreement with some shippers, which limits the amount of packages that can be handed over to UPS on any given day, when this amount is exceeded, as in this case, the packages may experience delays.

We need to first complete those packages that were given to us in previous days before we can export those that were recently shipped.

Due to the terms we have agreed with Apple the movement of the shipment may be resumed until space becomes available.

My best advise is to keep on tracking the package on ups.com for further updates.

I am sorry to hear that your shipment has not been processed as the other. Perhaps Apple is transporting them to different locations. I know that was the case with a few shipments on Friday.

It seems that depending on where Apple first hands us the shipment, need to first complete those packages that were given to us in previous days before we can export those that were recently shipped. Due to the terms we have agreed with Apple the movement of the shipment may be resumed until space becomes available.

The original delivery date provided is pending normal customs clearance. We need to comply with the agreement we have with Apple. I can assure you the shipment is not shelved any place at a hub. We need to wait to complete the number of packages to be shipped out together out of China.

The scans you see related to customs are an electronic communication between the origin and destination country which is required for customs clearance.

This is initiated ahead of time to avoid delays at customs.

The package was not physically at that location on that date.

I'd recommend you to continue monitoring your shipment on ups.com to be able to see further updates."

This still doesn't explain why packages with later posting dates are being sent out of china before those with earlier posting dates.

Have fun with that logic. You don’t do logistics and can’t even say with surety that the info fed to you is accurate.

How are you going to influence ups ?

did you see this in your ups status?

Interesting that our packages, with identical scans, are both going to NJ.
