Gotcha. The frustrating thing is that my phone has been in Incheon since 11/8/17. I am seeing people who got to Incheon on the 9th and 10th who already have arrival scans in Anchorage. What is going on with this specific palletee of phones that it just can't get handled? Grrrrrrrr.

From the apple site::::

• Nano-SIM
• Not compatible with existing micro-SIM cards

Not sure if that helps, in the past I have always just placed my sim in the new phone

Mine sat in Korea for 5 days, then finally someone decided to stick it on a plane early this morning. Hopefully it will find a plane to KY much quicker.
