I would say it completely depends on whether it makes it on to the single daily flight from Incheon to Anchorage. The flight leaves at around 8 am CST every day. Today we had a departure scan appear at around 11 am CST. Folks who made that flight yesterday had their departure scan appear shortly after 10 am CST. So, if, tomorrow, you see a departure scan from Korea, then (based on what others have observed on this thread) chances are good that it will be delivered to you the following day.
I know many of you are in disbelief that it has the potential to get to you the next day even if it's in Korea, but for me personally, my phone in the span of about 24hrs went from China, to Korea, to Anchorage, to Louisville, to Newark, NJ, and is being delivered today. My original UPS estimate was yesterday, but that estimate was removed early on in the shipping process while it was stuck in china and didn't get updated until it got on the truck to be delivered today. Apple said it would be delivered on Friday. Now that its on the truck, UPS said it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, but has been moved up to today.
I'll admit, I was not optimistic at all, but rest assured, all of your phones will get here at some point. I am in complete disbelief that it went from china, made 3 stops, and is being delivered to my house in the span of 24hrs. Good luck to all of you, and I'll keep you guys posted when I open my phone tonight after it's delivered

My phone followed the same route as you to Louisville. I'm now at "Out For Delivery Today" in Los Angeles. Pretty quick turn around once it's in the US as you noted. My original UPS estimate was today when I got notified of my tracking number, where Apple estimated it for the 20th.
As will I. I have inexplicably missed UPS99 two days in a row now (while a second order of mine that was shipped later, arrived at Incheon at the same time, is already here).
So my iPhone X has arrived, and its exactly as elegant and amazing as I imagined it would be. Hands down the best and most powerful phone I've ever used, and the notch isn't noticeable at all. Only thing that disappointed me was the rather large lack of support for the larger screen on the X in several popular applications still, like Spotify. This isn't an issue with the phone, and its something that should be rectified in the upcoming weeks are developers update their apps, but just came as a bit of an unexpected shock. Also, don't forget to upgrade your new Xs to iOS 11.2b3 if you're running the dev or public betas on your old phone like i was.

Finally have departure from Louisville. Happened about 20 minutes before a flight took off on its way to PHX so I hope its on that. Really wish i could just pick it up at the airport since I live so close!
Did you update to 11.2b3 as your first step? Or did you you activate it/set it up first?
I had to activate by plugging into iTunes as the first step. After that, i ran through the rest of the transfer, until it stopped me and said "Could not restore", and then i remembered i needed to update it first. So I did so, and then re-ran through the setup and it completed successfully.
Even if you aren't running the beta, my phone shipped with 11.1, which is behind in terms of updates now that 11.1.1 is out, so I believe either way if your old phone is running 11.1.1 or 11.2b1/pb1, 11.2b2/pb2, or 11.2b3/pb3 you will need to update through iTunes, either by hitting update or selecting the b3/pb3 IPSW that you downloaded from Apple's Public Beta website or the Developer center.
I just ordered the 64GB silver from T-Mobile on November 13th and it shipped today for a tomorrow delivery. Space gray still processing 
Update three: Departed Louisville, KY at 5:22 pm Eastern. The end is nearing and phone should be in my hands when I get home from work tomorrow night.
Not here yet, still shows out for delivery today. I have received packages as late as 8:30 pm. No matter when it comes, will not set up until tomorrow morning. Need to be fresh. Happy for all who had some sort of movement today. Keep the faith.
Mine is still in Korea! No movement yet. Guess I won't be getting it tomorrow like promised by UPS!
Finally in US, I really hope that tomorrow I'll gonna get the iPhone

Me too. We’re on the same pallet. I was supppsed to have mine delivered tomorrow as well, but it says both 11/20 and delivery date not available. I’ll be happy just to get it on 11/17.
