Have any 11/17-11/24 shipments been bumped?

Anyone else's phone taking the Shenzhen to Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong route?

My Verizon 256GB silver iUP phone with an originally estimated 11/17-24 ship date finally "shipped" on 11/13. UPS tracking originally showed Friday 11/17 delivery, but now scheduled delivery is 'unavailable' from UPS and Apple order status shows estimated delivery of Monday 11/20.

Phone has been sitting in Hong Kong since Monday 11/13 with no movement. I'm mostly just curious because it seems everyone else is talking about ZZ to Shanghai and/or Incheon. Anyone have experience clearing customs in HK? Should I be expecting HK to AK?

A little bummed Friday 11/17 delivery looks unlikely at this point. As long as they don't miss Tuesday 11/21 -- after that I'm off work for a week for Thanksgiving, and delivery is to my office...! iphonex transit.PNG
 
Mine just arrived in Anchorage at 5pm local time. I originally had a 12/1 - 12/8 delivery date but now is showing delivery for 11/20. I’m wondering if I’ll get it on Friday since they don’t do Saturday deliveries through UPS.

Anyone have experience with how long it takes after arriving in Alaska? I’m assuming it’ll depart to Louisville tomorrow morning then head to a distribution center in Massachusetts.

Yes and unfortunately my phone, silver 256 (GSM), sat in Hong Kong for 4 days before leaving for Anchorage, then on a flight to Louisville the plane was delayed for a malfunction. Fortunately it's in Louisville now and should arrive on Friday just as long as there are no more problems, fingers crossed!

ARRIVED - about 5:20 pm. Looks like size of shoe box. Opened one end and iphone box is covered lengthwise with tight clear plastic. Will do full open in the morning. Thank you all for keeping me somewhat sane and off the edge ! Hope you all receive yours ASAP. Would be interesting to get on this thread in about 12 days and give our thoughts on the X. Happy holidays and new year to all. Sure we will be back in ‘18 .
 
Mine was shipped on the 10th but is stuck in China based on UPS. Original delivery date was for the 16th. Apple has a date of the 20th. It's been stuck in ZZ for two days with an exception and date is now unavailable. I ordered on launch day. Any one else stuck in ZZ?

Same for me except mine is coming to Phoenix. I'm not gonna hold my breath for a Friday delivery.

Yea the shipping is really weird. My phone shipped on Monday and it's in Alaska as of 5pm today. My partner's shipped last Thursday and it's still sitting in Incheon.

Well crap, it looks like we parted ways in Korea. My status is still showing that I am sitting there as of this morning.

EDIT: Perhaps we weren't travel buddies after all -- just noticed you had a departure scan from Korea a day early. Regardless, good luck getting yours this week!

MadDog, I am still traveling with you. Shows Korea for me. Hopefully we get to Alaska today & delivery Friday!
 
For any that have received your phones, Which method did you use to transfer stuff? itunes, icloud or quick start and did you have to use the new sim or were you able to transfer your old one?

Sure enough, my phone left Korea yesterday morning and arrived in my city (Chicago) less than 24 hours later. I’m guessing delivery today, but sadly I leave on a work trip today and will have to wait until the weekend to grab my phone from work.
