It was 11/3 when I ordered, changed to 11/17-11/24 the next morning. Then it went to 11/16-11/24 a couple of days ago. It just updated to Preparing to Ship about 10 mins ago and I have the pending charge on my Amex. It's coming folks, sooner than you would ever expect I bet :)

[doublepost=1509650647][/doublepost]For those of you who noticed your order update to Preparing to Ship, how long did it take you to see it on UPS, or whichever career is delivering your iPhone X? I think I will have mine by 11/6 now as well, however I'm still curious.

Mine changed to shipped around 4am and I got a UPS My Choice notification at 8am.

Quick question to those that shipped today. My tracking went from clearance processing to a departure scan and back to clearance processing. The arrival date here in California was the 6th now it says estimate unknown and has a shipment delayed remark when I check the order at apple.com. Anyone else seeing the same? Not concerned because I'm thrilled it's shipping so early but just wanted to compare notes and see if everyone's tracking looks like mine.

For the folks who have received a Nov. 6th delivery date, if you truly doubt that you will receive your iPhone on Nov. 6th or sooner, I will gladly bet each of you $1000 :) You WILL get it by Nov. 6th.

Well good and bad news, the good news is that everyone on this range should expect there phones early next week, my email came at 3:05 am t-mobile full payment, it seems they try to charged my card today but it got rejected and my order was cancelled without any communication from Apple, I gave them a call few minutes ago and the agent seemed to be trying to help me out but best he could do was to setup a callback that I should expect in 24-48 hrs from another specialist and see what are my options.

Hope you guys enjoy your phones!

How quick? I just sent one off really to express frustration that there was an issue but no one at the 1st level of support had any idea how to resolve it that I was just to call AT&T and how that just created more delays because no one had an idea what was going on. In all that calling back and forth my date slipped.

I wrote mine last night and it was past 11:00pm EST, and she called me a around or a little after 1:00. So, pretty quick since I would imagine she would not have gotten the email until this morning.

Aw man that sucks

Here are the final two emails I sent, and my order changed from OIP to PTS about 20 mins after I sent the last one. Either way I flat out told her the facts :)

"At this point here is the long and the short of it, I’ve now seen people who placed orders later than me for the same phone, with the same carrier, on the Apple upgrade program see a shipping date of Monday, November 6. If I do not see a status update with the ship date of Monday, November 6th or sooner, within 24 hours I’m going to have to cancel my order and unfortunately purchase an Android phone. That is the last thing I want to do but I’ve seen verified proof of not only people getting the launch date they were originally promised, other people have also gotten a bump up to November 6 when promised the 17th through the 24th. With all due respect, if you and Mr. Cook cannot make this right, then I don’t believe anyone can. I own two companies, and if a customer of mine was promised a delivery date, then they would get that delivery date, even if I had to give them my own personal iPhone X (in this example). Also what I just mentioned would be handled in one phone call. I’ve even heard of people getting free AirPods for the inconvenience, and while free AirPods would be great, I just want my iPhone on launch day as promised. Again I do appreciate your time and effort, however this has just gotten out of control."

"I got your voicemail. The bottom line here is if this is the best you can do...the best Apple can do, then it’s simply not good enough. If I haven’t seen a November 6th (or better) ship date by this time tomorrow, the order will be cancelled. As much as it will pain me to use a garbage Android phone, I will do so on principle. I know there is more that can be done. I believe that either you or Mr. Cook can get me my iPhone tomorrow."

Wait, in the past Apple always gave you 24 hours to fix or update your payment so you did not lose your order/spot. Did it get denied because the $1,000+ triggered fraud on your CC or Debit Card? I would give your card company a call and see if that is what happened, if so, tell them that you did approve the purchase and call Apple back ASAP...do not wait for a call back. When you call Apple, ask for an Apple Senior Advisor as they are the ones who can help you. Good Luck bro!

This may mean nothing, but it goes to show with apples delivery estimates that under promise and over deliver! My S3 stainless steel Apple Watch I bought on the same order as my iphone x had a delivery date of nov 14 - nov 17, now is scheduled for early delivery tomorrow!

Those of you guys who received a bump to 16-24, did you get an email?

When you shipping status changed I'm guessing you were notified.

I'm still 17-24 with no cc charge or shipping charge

What did her voicemail to you say? Just curious what excuse she gave.

Just the typical, I understand your frustration, and we are doing everything we can to get you your iPhone sooner than 16-24. I Cc'd Tim Cook on those last two emails though. Funny how that works out!

I ordered on the 28th. Had Dec 12-19th date. AT&T, paid via Apple Pay.
Just moved to Dec 1-8 a few minutes ago.
Seems quite a few dates are shifting earlier than expected.
