I emailed him last night, pretty late. I know it was past 11pm EST. She got ahold of me pretty quick. I did not ask for any bump in shipment, I already got my gift from Apple, but she did say ship times are very likely to improve (however she could not guarantee ANYONE or myself would see a bump) so I hope she is right on that front. I concentrated on how Apple had a dry run with the preorders for the iPhone 8/8+, and I admitted there was not as much demand for them as the iPhone X, that they should have had an idea. I also told her more importantly that Apple needs to oversee the carriers systems and basically approve them before preorders because I told her that if it was not for AT&T crashing and not being able to get past their screen, I can almost guarantee I would be getting my iPhone X tomorrow as with a lot of you. I told her that if carriers want to sell the latest and greatest iPhones they should be ready and Apple she make sure they are ready by running "dry runs" on their systems and if they fail they do not get to sell the iPhones until they prove their servers/systems are ready. So I hope Apple acts on some of that.

Might got through customs easily with no delay. Slated for Monday. UPS doesn't update often so you'll see it eventually

I sent the Executive I spoke with, also an assistant to Tim Cook, one last email, telling her that people have been seeing their ship dates bumped, who weren't even promised the Nov 3rd date like I was. It is BS, and I'm making one last ditch effort to see if I can't get a better date. We will see what happens. Either way, I think we will all be getting our phones before the 17th-24th. It just makes me mad that people who ordered later than I did, using the same App, same carrier, and same 256GB Silver iPhone X are getting Nov. 6 ship dates and I haven't seen any change at all.

Now I just sit and stare at my order all day

Mine are still in clearance, but it's only been an hour so far. I just hope I get them on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
ATT Next got eternally screwed this year. I'm heading to the apple store line in a few hours.
You will have to call UPS or FedEx, whoever is shipping and tell them. They can either reroute or hold it at the facility and you can pick it up as soon as you get back.

We don’t know that for sure yet. We might get them next week still who knows. We see everyday day it’s something new so.

Probably not, but mine changed to Shipped from PFS overnightt with a delivery date of the 8th from Apple, but the 6th when I tracked it on UPS.
