Just about all of the Tennessee Titans players, a lot of the Nashville Predators players. Considering where I live, a majority of country music stars own houses close to my house. Taylor Swift and Mike Fisher are building a house across the street from my house so I am sure I will meet them one day. I've met too many singers to list since I am always in downtown Nashville.

Er, I'm pretty sure you mean Carrie Underwood, since that's who Fisher is married to. So calling her T'Swift would just be weird.

Unless you mean that Fisher and Swift are both building their own houses across the street from you.

I've met way too many celebs living out here. Some are nice, some are not so nice.

To many to list. Not bragging but I have met a lot. Heck most of them I have met through work and the others I have met at events such as Comic Con SD and then a few I met just being out and about. My wife on the other hand, they do a lot of filming at her work and she has met heck of a lot more then me. :)

Some:
Robert Downey Jr.
Tommy Lee
Stone Cold Steve Austin
Lou Ferrigno
Mel Gibson
Jackie Chan
Brandon Frasier
Seth Green
Thomas Jane
Gene Simmons
Paul Stanely
Glen Danzig
David Robinson
Mark Hamill
Edward James Olmos
The two guys who played in "Boondock Saints" Can't remember the name right now.... :)

Lots. I spent 8 years hanging out at Saturday Night Live and going to the after parties.

Met? I am friends with two:

1/ My Dad is close friends with Richard Coles - ex keyboard player from "The Communards" - he comes round for coffee sometimes. Here he is:

Richard is the one with the glasses :) - here he is with me, in our kitchen:

Met Richard Branson once in London - thoroughly nice person!

Also *brag* I am best friends with Peter Whitehead - ex cameraman for The 'Stones and Pink Floyyd - I contact him 4-5 times a week, we meet in a coffee shop and work, and also I repair all his Macs/PCs/Mobiles/Anythings :D

Surely someone can top that? I hope you are unimpressed, because they're just people... but this thread seemed to INVITE bragging, so why let ya down! ^_^

met Doug Gilmour when he was captain of the Leafs at a Bar my friend owns ... had a good 1/2 hour chat over a beer with him

I've seen a few celebrities on the airplane, but don't really get to chat with them, so it does not qualify as meeting them. I just get to say, "thank you" and "your welcome" although I had a very brief "flying" conversation with Mr. Hurt. You know among flight attendants many prominent celebs have pro and con reputations as being nice or being mean and nasty. :)

Off the top of my head:
Stephen Stills
Nick Cage
Glen Campbell
Grand Funk Railroad (The Band)
William Hurt
Montel Williams
John Shuck
Tom Brokaw

who? Might as well publish his/her address too. :p

Yea, Carrie Underwood. I have no idea why I said Taylor Swift.

As for those who'd like to meet celebs, I can vouch for Los Angeles as being an ideal spot. What with the movie studios having their HQs here and all those *in* spots like Spagos etc.

My husband's cousin lived in LA and has tons of hilarious stories about celebs he saw or met there. Michigan is most assuredly NOT the place to meet celebrities ... I think the only one I've ever met is our last governor (Jennifer Granholm), and I'm not sure politicians even count, really :)

Many from a former job which required me to go to the NAMM show for a few years. Plus others around town.

Working at Sears I met:
Charlie Sheen
Nikki Sixx
Erin Brockovich

Working other job:
Christopher Guest
Guitar player from Creed (it took a lot not to smack him for forming such a horrible band)
Testament
GWAR
Steve Vai
Kerry King (slayer)
Steve Smith (former journey drummer)
Bon Jovi's current bassist
Hal Sparks
Steve Bailey (bassist)
probably a lot more

Randomly around town:
- Tommy Lee
- Cuba Gooding Jr.
- Incubus
- Hoobustank
- Deftones
- Dizzy Reed (GNR)
- Amanda Bynes
- Keli Garner
- John "JR" Robinson
and others

I've also toured the Incubus "Morning View" house/studio in Malibu

I work with Peter Bergman and Phil Proctor from The Firesign Theatre. I used to webmaster Pete Bergman's rfo.net and am also webmastering planetproctor.com for Phil Proctor. Love those guys. Many great phone conversations with those two.

I also work with the great cartoonist M.K. Brown and host the official site of her comics.

I've met a lot of sports celebrities with my time in Pittsburgh, Morgantown, and Washington D.C. these past 6 or so years, most was through my work (video production @ college).

Big Ben
Chris Cooley
Joe Theismann
Clinton Portis
Alex Ovechkin
Pat White
Rich Rodriguiez
Troy Palumalu
Nyger Morgan
Brian Orakpo

etc., etc., etc.

Had a decent country club job and good amateur career. Got to play with:

Dustin Johnson
Lucas Glover
3 holes with Phil Mickelson
Fehrety

and met MANY MANY other golfers.

Jason Schwartzmann is the only celebrity I've had a casual conversation with, and that guy is a golden god. Infectious personality, it was such a pleasure talking with him.

I've met a lot of celebrities, especially at the LA County Museum of Art where I used to work.
But I've only hung out with Big Syke and Serg from Thug Life (2Pac's group). They came to my place a few times to kick it and party a couple of years ago. Cool MoFos.

Carter Beauford (Drummer for the Dave Matthews Band).

Ironically, he was at the apple store with his daughter. He was very gracious to take a few minutes to talk with me without any sense that it was an inconvenience. Very Classy.

I used to hang out with Billy Joel back in the early 70's. At the time, a buddy of mine was his guitar player. Through Billy I met Todd Rundgren, Carly Simon, and Bob Seger. I miss those days..
