I really like the app, but it's got a few annoying bugs and it really needs an update...

C'mon HBO... don't let me down!

On February 18, 2010, HBO launched HBO Go. One month ago the HBO Go iPad app hit the AppStore. Downloaded over a million times in the first week.

So a year after launch, still no support for Time Warner Cable? I'm pretty sick of waiting.

Can't stream to TV

I have the AV cables/adapter for my IPAD2 and when I try to stream HBO GO it gives me a logo and sound, but no video!

Help!

I don't really think it's a "problem" it's just their content protection. Until they loosen it up it's gonna stay on the ipad screen. :/

ok founf out about this and a couple of problems. it worked on my ipad signed in as verizon customer then wanted to watch it on my tv so i logged in hbogo on my macbook and hooked it up to my tv. started watching but was very choppy so decided to watch it on ipad and it stated giving me error saying

'This GO ID is currently signed in on another computer' closed it on mackbook and tried again but same thing. any solutions. not working on mackbook too.

tried signing out and in , clearing cache etc.

UVerse Challenged

Best I can determine you're unable to login to HBO Go with a UVerse account on a desktop Mac and any browser, Chrome, FF 4, and Safari all get through the point of asking for your UVerse log in, and die with a blank screen / window, both on a MacBook Pro and MacPro w Snow Leopard.

White Screen with Att U-verse when watching HBOGO

Works on 3G. I use it on the train, wife uses it at her gym.

Under the settings you can specify whether or not to allow it to stream when only 3g is present.

Also, are the videos cached, say if I watch a video at home on my wifi, pause it, and close it up and take it with me where I only have 3G, can I resume and not have it suck up my data plan? I'm assuming the answer is no but one could hope.

HBO go has some awesome potential but not being able to take any of it with you is kind of disappointing considering how most of the time people would be using an Ipad on the go.

I got this to work on my MBA last night in safari. I have uverse and like you after clicking uverse then login it load a new blank safari window with nothing on the screen just a complete white blank page refresh doesn't help etc...

I clicked the next carrier "charter" on the list (even though i have uverse) and it redirected me to hbogo.com website (not the actuall carrier login) where I was able to login and works great.

So don't link through hbo.com for uverse customers just go directly to hbogo.com and works fine using mini display port to hdmi adapter on my 65" in 1080p.

Edit: forgot to ask what's the latest trick to get this working on ipad2 and iPhone 4GS to my TV I have the 30pin to hdmi adapter as well but only get audio???

Thanks
