Anyone knows the best way to file a complaint without falling in deaf ears? Apple seriously have a bull crap support team. Basically they are refusing to replace my 5 day old phone... WTFFFF!!!!!
 
Just call and be professional, I’ve had issues over the years with phones but never with customer support or service.

Email Tim Cook if you feel that strongly about it. My issue was a bit different back when it happened and I didn't expect to even get an email reply. I ended up getting a reply asking for my number which led to a call, issue resolved and free items.

When you contact higher ups at least there is some accountability.
 
As for the one asking here’s a list of issues:

1. I couldn’t restore from my previous iPhone 7 Plus backup. I keeps giving me an error.
2. The phone froze on me several times while surfing, browsing pictures and sending pictures to a text. The phone literally froze, I couldn’t do anything.
3. The phone does not auto sync from iTunes. My iTunes is uptodate and I’ve rebooted both. The phone gets recognized both phone and computer and it charges. It just fails to auto sync.

No because they can get away with it. I want my replacement but I don’t want them to get off easy. These are senior advisors I’ve dealt with. Giant useless waste of air.

I did but the “senior advisor” again I quote, senior advisor... had that disgusting tone that is dismissive and make it seem like it was my fault. Like hold up, I was the one who purchased 5 days ago, I expect this to work out of the box. What a useless senior advisor you are.

Did you get the names of the senior advisors? if so, email Tim in a professional and polite email and include the names of the Senior Advisors as well. If you didn't get the names, send Tim an email anyways; however, in a polite and professional matter.

I got both of their names. The 2 regular advisors, no. But I made sure I took a note the names of the senior advisors.
 
I walked into an Apple store the other day want to play with AR on the iPhone 8 and guess what, every app I launched related to AR crashed as soon as I hit it. I even restarted the phone! Not sure what is going on there... Apple staff next to me just said to try the iPad's since the iPhone 8's weren't working properly... what a great way to sell a new iPhone! ;)
 
It is a 14 day return policy! No questions asked replacement I think unless you abused the phone.
