Help!! iPhone Limit Reached at Apple Store They Cancelled My Orders

Thanks for all the info. I offered to buy the phones for them to get the rewards credits from the purchases. This was not for profit. It's my family.

They are always sold out of the gold ones for walk-in so how would I just walk into the store with cash to buy one? All the scalpers get them before anyone else.

I am not going to do this for anyone else anymore. I just want one for myself!!!

Visit Apple's online store and check the inventory of the stores that are around you. Then hightail it to said store before the "scalpers" get there (obviously make sure you get the cash out of the ATM beforehand).
 
Can't pay cash online and they are sold out before you can walk in to buy one. The only way to get one is through the apple store. Every time I get one they cancel the order with the email.

I will just call when I get home from work. I thought maybe I could purchase an apple GC to use online but if I don't like the phone and I return it I'm out the money being stuck with the gift card.

I was not accusing you of anything wrong doing. I understanding what you mean by having a huge family as I also have 9 people on my plan. As for not been able to get one in the store because they are sold out, well that's just a matter of time before they won't be sold out anymore. Are you telling me, you are not able to wait? Plus, if you are doing them a favor I don't think they will mind waiting for a month or so. Lastly, I don't fully understand why you need to get the phone so badly, I'm just offering up some advice. This is one of those, "it's just a matter of time" issues, the phone wont' be sold out forever.

Also, I just ordered an iphone 5S gold 16gb yesterday, I already got my confirmation and tracking number for ETA of Thursday.

They already have theirs but my 2 year old 4S is having problems so I wanted to buy myself a new one as my Christmas present to myself but the system says I have purchased the limit and cancels it when I finally order one either for pick-up or shipping using my credit cards.

That's not the point. I don't want to have this going on with the Apple Store. I always buy my Apple products from them. I like using my Amex and other cards for the extended warranty and the Apple return policy. I want to buy full priced already unlocked.

I don't want to buy a phone from Ebay. I want to buy from a reputable company Apple. Your are the only mean one on the thread maybe you should become a nicer person.

Why are we still talking about this? Simply call your credit card company and add an alternate billing address and use that as your billing address when you go to the store. As a matter of fact, I just noticed you said it an Amex card. You can do it yourself online. I've done it.

I just called Amex and she added it as an alternate shipping address. She told me this not an alternate billing address. Ugh, so can I still use this as the billing address to get around this ban? Do I need to use a different name as well?
