Very very dumb to roll this out worldwide at the same time, rather than at a fixed time point for each zone (e.g. 10am in every time zone), so that the release is a bit staggered

Exactly, better than struggling with overloaded servers later today. Already done 2x iPhones, 2x Apple Watches and an iPad. All installed flawlessly.

CEST should be replaced with BST, Brussels Standard Time. Who cares about Madrid, Rome or Lisbon. How many NATO HQ's do they have? EU Parliaments? It's just beaches and respectively paëlla, pizza/pasta & pastéis. ;-) Must say I love all of these... Which we had a Belém in Brussels where I could buy me some nice pastéis... Ah well, can't have it all I guess. So, what was I saying, ah yes, and that's why kids don't like Brussel sprouts! *mumbles confused*

For those of you, who have already upgraded, or have at least been beta testing: How is compatibility with Amazon's Alexa app, and other smart home related apps? I don't game, and for the most part don't have a whole lot of apps, but my main group of apps would include smart home, banking and streaming. Music / Video with a few misc Utilities and travel apps. I posted above that I wasn't sure I want to upgrade yet since what I have is stable (which is iOS / iPadOS 13.7). I don't typically beta test iOS / iPadOS because i don't have any non production units to test on, so I like to keep things stable.
