There is nothing wrong with someone giving their opinion on the matter. I agree with the OP that sometimes it can be best to wait a few point releases before doing the update. I have enough experience with iOS and macOS to know that the initial release will probably have some bugs. It happened in iOS 13 and macOS 10.15.

Agreed. There is also nothing wrong with countering with a comment that is for installing updates on release. While things could go wrong, users get to experience no features and security updates immediately.
