What was the release that was super buggy and got a lot of bad press? Is it possible that Apple is waiting as late in the day as possible (at least on the east coast) to avoid initial bad reviews filtering up into the evening news stories? It sounds kind of ridiculous, but Apple is so precise with their PR, and they don't miss a beat, that I would not put anything past them.

If it was that crappy of a release, why GM it? That makes no sense..

If it were the case, we would have already heard complaints from people who installed their iOS 14 GM yesterday. This is quite weird...

Anyone think this release schedule was to show developers who's in-charge and what will happen if developers continue with the dissent about the 30%. Looks to me that apple is out to say we have been very nice to you about how easy it is to develop in our house, Do not Fudge with us or more of this will follow.🙊🙈🙉
