On the normal Hermès watches for sure, not sure from which Series but it has nothing to do with the strap.
On Hermès Ultra you don‘t have the Faubourg Party watchface
Available on AW Hermès Series (not HUs) that support WatchOS 26, so AW Hermès Series 6 and up, and Series 10 and 11 show ticking seconds hand in AOD mode.

Are the holes in the same positions in both bands?
I have a small wrist and normally wear the En Mer in the last 1 or 2 holes. Wondering if the 46 mm Faubourg would be the same or it may fit worst!
Interested as well. Since my move to the Hermes AWU, I have noticed the bands run bigger!
Hermes S11 received today with Faubourg Party strap, I have to say this one is the best textile strap Hermes has ever made. Design, quality and comfort are on top compared to all other textile Hermes straps.

There are 8 holes in the En Mer tail strap and 7 holes in the 46mm Faubourg. Ignore the hole offsets, they're fairly lined up where the En Mer might be a mm so in and my Gris En Mer hasn't been worn as much as the other two and isn't was formed to my wrist.

Béton Kilim arrived from Apple Store sooner than expected 😍
Ordered the Bordeaux Kilim from Hermes, looking forward to trying out this band!
I’m torn between this in the Blanc. Anyone have experience with both? Pros/cons?
Blanc is a white "white" and Béton is an off-white with subtle gray undertones—to my eyes is warm in tone, but I recall it's described as cool-toned. I haven't ordered Blanc Kilim yet but planning to pick up both Blanc Kilim and Scuba'H Diving sometime in spring if they're still available.
Only con I see is getting dye transfer onto either one, LOL 🤭
Beton has a really cool color matching watch faces.

Ja, the buckle strap is the same length. It doesn't look like it in the photo since the buckle and keeper are a different design and tried "flattening" orange En Mer as much as possible since it's well formed to my wrist.
Comparing all of my En Mer with Faubourg, just noticed that my orange is shorter than the others, LOL.
Have Apple or Hermès restocked new season bands in the past after the initial batch sells out?
While they both look great as light colored bands, I had the blanc and sold it for the Beton. I much prefer the slightly tan tone of the beton, which matches quite a lot of my outfits and looks more elegant to me. It helps that it also suits my brown-ish skin tone as well lol. The bright white of the blanc was a bit much, I could only find myself wearing occasionally. THey are different enough though that if you find both appealing, you can probably alternate them depending on what youre wearing!
