I am back in the Hermes club 
As a Christmas present to myself I purchased the Series 11 46mm with Blanc Kilim in Sydney while I was there on holidays just before Christmas. Now I am trying to decide if I should purchase the Satiné Grand H or not as it is $1599 here in Australia. Has anybody purchased this band and do you think it is worth the price? Thanks

IMO, it’s the best band yet. Very heavy and premium feel. Makes it look like a very fancy watch. You can get it wet and I’ve even done light workouts with it. Goes with a lot of outfits.I am back in the Hermes club
I don’t think anyone has shared a negative experience about it on here. Main concern many have is sizing correctly on the first go.
It’s expensive but I think it’s worth it. Only concern I would have is Apple continuing to support the same lug design. If this is a risk you understand, then you’re good. Also strange that they used stainless steel and not titanium like the watch but its color matched well.
Picked up an excellent condition S10 as an upgrade from my S7. Very pleased with the watch, but a bit sad that seemingly only 2 Hermes watchfaces have the seconds ticking by. Ah well, hopefully they muster the courage to update more in the future
Any word on when the Hermes AirTags may be available? I have two of the original series.
When was the last time Hermes sold AirTags? I feel like it's been a year or two. Seemed like they cleared out their stock after apple announced no more leather and that part of the partnership was dead.
BonaMish's photo's certainly seem to point towards a revival though? Will it contain gen 2 hardware though?
Yes, it’s been at least 2 years since they sold them new. However, they still sell leather Apple Watch bands on their own website. If they are/were planning a revival of the AirTag I’m guessing they were waiting for the gen 2 hardware, which has now arrived. Apple would probably want them to produce a nylon design they could sell in Apple stores in exchange for letting them use the AirTag trademark on leather products sold at the Hermes site.
Well I think the last part about nylon is out the door since it didn’t launch with Hermes nylon via Apple as an option.
Maybe still a chance for Hermes.com leather gen 2 though
It’s possible they wait until the iPhone 18 Pro release in September. New Apple Watch, new bands, and a return of AirTag Hermès. Remember the original Apple Watch Hermes came out six months after the original Apple Watch.
These were shown at the SS26 show, so would normally become available April-ish I believe. They also showed AirTags at the FW25 show, although those never appeared presumably because they were waiting for the new AirTags. They might wait until the spring band release in March I suppose?
Good news is that the metal lid of AirTags 2 is the exact same as gen 1. So I now have gen 2 hardware with my gen 1 metal lids inside my Hermes keychains.
Only downside I see is that in the software, it doesn’t show it as having the metal Hermes logo.

I was thinking of doing this! You’ve kept yours in great shape, mine are scratched a bit unfortunately.
Do you know if you can use a polishing cloth on the metal lids? Maybe I should try that.
This kind of polished steel can easily be turned into shiny, new state with Cape Cod. I do it all the time with my watches.
I was asking this myself. Cape Code "polishes" brushed steel in a very effective way, so the matte inside of the inscription might be affected. But you will not be able to rub off the etching itself. It is no sandpaper.
Get a cheap standard AirTag and use it as a test ;-)

You can try to polish every shiny pure metal surface as long as there is no coating - so no colored ones!
