I thought she had healing like claire? In a previous episode she explained that she already knew what powers claire had and went on to list things that claire hadn't done. i assumed she was talking about herself. but who knows.
Interesting, but I thought she was referring to the times Claire had survived crazy attacks, although how she knew Claire had spit up a bullet leads to my theory on her powers: precog dreams. Peter has had them since his brother's accident, and it would make sense that he absorbed them from his mother. It would also make sense since he saw his mother at his party, and then (later that night? a few days later? it was unclear) he has this precog dream about his brother at the same time that Nathan flies out of his car. I think that the precog dreams are the only peter-power we don't have a source for yet, and unless she has a really odd power that hasn't been used on or near peter, that seems the most likely candidate.
Then again, Papa Deveaux is another precog dream candidate...tough call.

i've been thinking about this one for a little bit, it involves claire, and it's one of those way out there theories that probably isn't true, but it's worth a shot.
for those that have played or know about tales of symphoina, one of the main characters, colette brunnel sounds alot like claire bennet (i sometimes call her claire brunnel in unintentional mixups). colette is also 16 and blond in her story, and becomes an angel, as this is one of the major story plots. in the story, she has angelic powers that include flying (claire's father, nathan also flies), and self preservation (you can say this is similar to claire's regeneration, but not really).
i'm thinking two things here, 1. was claires character inspired somewhat by colette, and 2. will claire be forced to sacrifice herself sometime during the series in some way (this could be losing her soul or her ability or her life)?
think it's a decent theory? and if not, at least it's a reminder that heroes dvd comes out august 28th.

i'm still pondering it, trying to decide between this and jericho season one, which comes out next month. i'll either get it in the next week or so or wait until there's a price drop (not likely).

Hey this is Appleguy08, now Appleguy2. Wow i cant believe how far this thread has come! Anyways, eventhough i have seen every episode so far atleast twice (once on tv, the other the cast commentary on NBC.com), i still continue to watch the "cast favorites" on NBC. It is interesting to see what the cast has to say about each episode and why its their favorite. I believe tonights cast favorite was one of the earlier episodes titles "five months earlier" I will not be buying the DVD set seeing as i already have (.avi)s of every episode, but i am definitely anxious for Sept. 24th! Yatahhhhh!
just a question, what's the difference between the regular and deluxe versions of the dvd pack? (aka, what am i missing out on by just getting the regular dvd pack?)
maybe i dont get the show, but i really dont enjoy it as much as everyone else makes it seemthey do
got the dvd and now going to watch all 23 shows, starting tomorrow, as a countdown to season two. ideally, this will be done once a day, but i'm not sure. maybe i'll get more theories out of the rewatching.

Season 2 starts tonight on NBC. Given that their contract with Apple has yet to expire and that I'm pretty certain that they somewhere stated their intention to continue selling new shows until that time, will the new season appear on iTunes?

I'm sure NBC is going to float their own boat and they will only cut the iTunes lifeline if their own venture stays afloat. It's good to have options.
I doubt highly that they will announce anything before the end of the year, just to avoid pissing off their viewer audience.
