what is wrong with nikki?

She can't seem to control or justify her inner desires, so they come out as other personalities that completely take over. Textbook multiple personality disorder. Or schizophrenia. The one where you're aware of the others. I forget which that is.

I thought the way DL died was stupid, they better retcon it by saying the company had some sort of hand in it, otherwise it seems like a pointless cheat.

Well, at least he addressed some of my larger concerns. Now if he would just do away with Maya and Alejandro.

And Nikki. Honestly now, some characters are just self-pitying excuses. I thought I'd grow to like Nikki since she's almost a clone of the BBC's Jekyll. Company and all.

I wasn't too keen on this episode. I'd have liked some forward plot movement, clearing up the bit prior to series 2 was interesting but couldn't they have isolated that to some kind of one off special, independent from the actual show? Since it didn't really tell us anything we didn't know (DL died, Adam and Peter are working together). Suppose it did give us that Adam and Peter are actually good guys and there is more to the Company I suppose.

Unless all that about helping the world with his blood etc, was all a lie to get Peter working with him?

Re the interview though, I prefer series 2 to 1. It's not clear cut like the first one was, but not too murky like Lost.

i don't know why, but this year is a bit less interesting than last in terms of story (i still like it). last year, i couldn't wait until the next show, now, it's meh after tuesday. but tonight's show should be great.

It's not just you. Someone I overheard elsewhere was talking about how they seem to be wrapping up things in the same episode instead of waiting for next weeks. Like when they *spoiler if you haven't seen it* brought Noah back at the end of the last episode instead of waiting until the next ep to do it. Just one of the many issues though.

Lost slumped too for a bit, then picked up. Hoping Heroes does it too. With next week being the season ender now, they don't have a lot of time to turn it around. I'm just hoping it's better than last years season finale.

Sooo.... That's it till next year?

What a poor ending. The final build up was just too fast, the effects looked poor (Nikki in the fire?), didn't really feel happy for any of them. I thought they were going to really flesh out Micah and his cousin (name escapes me) too.

Not impressed. Hopefully chapter 3 will improve on 2.

I have not figured out how Sylar came back to life. I would be grateful for info about that and also how Peter and Nathan survived the explosion.

The first season was awesome, this season has been terrible.

Well Sylar never died! They already showed that. He kinda healed and crawled down the sewer, or something like that. And then someone found him and helped him recover.

And Peter + Nathan survived I THINK because of... well, i don't know. I know Peter survived because he has Clarie's powers!

I heard they had to use an alternate ending for this season due to the Writer's Strike. I really wish we could have had a few more episodes to bring things together but I think they did a good job ending the season considering the circumstances. I can't wait until Volume 3, Sylar's gonna be a total badass (I hope)

Very disappointing. Even with the writers strike, that still doesn't excuse the crappiness of most of this season. Too bad. I've heard that those who produce the show have heard our complaints, like with Lost, and when the writers come back, they're going do some things differently.

Sadly, I'm actually thinking the strike helped, since they could just kill this storyline off and start again.

The novelty certainly wore off this season.

Looks like next year might be the year of the bad guys...

Sounds like a new company is going to be formed... How long will it be before Bob's daughter takes him out?

I'm upset that he's coming back. Didn't we already do the Sylar thing in Season 1? Come on, let's do something new.

P-Worm

I personally can't get enough of Sylar and think he has a much bigger master plan than what they showed in Season 1. They cast the perfect actor to play him imo...something about him just looks evil.

Anyone remember Zach in Season 3 of 24? He played Adam, at CTU.

I really can't remember whether or not he turned out to be a mole, but it doesn't really matter because in one way or another everyone in the show does something to screw Jack Bauer.
