Hmm, this time around my delivery does not seem doing so well. - - Ordered at 8:05 EST, Nov 6 - Color: Space Gray
- Standard shipment: Nov 17 - 19
- Charged last Thursday, Nov 12

Everything early up to here.

Got FedEx tracking at Sunday, Nov 15:
- 1:51 AM shipment information sent
- 6:49 AM Shipment cancelled by sender

EMail from Apple on Sunday, Nov 15 and another tracking number from FedEx:
- 7:51 AM Shipment information sent
- Estimated delivery Nov 19
- Shipping from Lebanon, TN to FL

No movement since yesterday morning. It seems that FedEx has not received package.

Anyone else seeing odd status like this?
 
Apple finally "shipped" my two space gray minis. Ordered 5 minutes after launch without express shipping: scheduled for the 19th. Thats kind of crap but whatevs.

Edit: that's just for one lol. The second one (in the same order) is still preparing to ship and get here between the 17th and 19th.
 
Mine got the origin scan from UPS. It's coming from PA to DC tomorrow. Mad I paid for the expedited delivery. I could've walked into my local store today and picked up one. Oh well :(

Ups has not received my package yet either. I’m thinking they printed labels during weekend and Fed ex and UPS will have them in system by tonight.

No wonder you picked up in store. Enjoy!
 
Sadly I ordered two minis at 0821 on the sixth with expedited shipping, and they haven’t yet shipped. Losing faith that they will make it in time for the promised delivery window.

hooefully the order moves from preparing to ship to “shipped” soon.
 
Anybody know why it shows me and my kids in the home. But on my kids devices it only shows me in the home not the other kid?

Possibly because one of your kid's has turned off location tracking?? Just a guess but if you've got parental controls it won't stop you seeing them but they may be able to stop sharing location between each other.

Received mine today.

Ordered another yesterday from Best Buy after my post, cause I thought I’d try out the stereo feature.

Still says it will arrive as early as the 19th.

Fellow Canadians, use Best Buy, they have stock.

*edit* spoke to soon they’re now out of stock.

I have always been able to track them with location sharing. I wonder if it’s anything to do with them being kids.

So I actually saw most Apple stores have them in stock so I went and picked one up!

Just want to check can you see them on your device but on theirs they can't see each other. Or is it you can't see them on your device?

If it's the first then it's down to them cutting each other off from tracking petty but fair enough, If it's the second then if you've paid for the phones and they're under 18 I'd ask to check their Find My app to make sure that share my location is on.

I used to think tracking kids was a step too far but gotta admit although I won't spy on my Son if we can't reach him that's my first port of call🤗

I can see both on mine. They can’t see each other on theirs. So they only see me in the home.

Sounds like the tracking has been set to "Stop Sharing My Location" on each others profile, you don't need to stop sharing for everyone you can cut individual people off.

If you go onto their phones, go to Find My app and select their brother/sisters name from their list and check if it's showing as "share my location" in blue if it is their location isn't shared with each other, if it's showing as "stop sharing my location" in red then it's a fault with location sharing.
 
I had one set for Wednesday on FedEx, and one Thursday with UPS. Now they are both showing Wednesday, so I can set up a stereo pair.

You know what, your right that’s it! I didnt set them up to see each other on tracking. Just me to see both of them..

Anyone seeing stereo pair being spotty? I’m listening to podcasts and it comes and goes occasionally
