so once you buy it off o2 website with ur solo card everything (ie monthly) is billed thru itunes???

I just dont wana get one n then not pass a credit check cz i have a solo card

so could someone please confirm it works with an solo card once you have got hold of an iphone?

You receive a monthly (paperless) bill from O2 that is paid by Direct Debit (not through iTunes: That's just for music / videos) - having a solo card isn't relevant: What is relevant is that you pass a credit check. Having a solo card wouldn't be a reason to fail a credit check
As long as you don't have outstanding County Court Judgements or unpaid defaults you should be OK

They do it through direct debit so as the above post said you should be fine.
I done mine using a Visa Electron and it worked fine.
