Have four lines with my friends on a family plan... Paying $62.50 each month per person... Cannot go wrong with that. Was paying over $100 when I was by myself back on 07.

wow, seems like most people are ok with the cost. I really think cost of phone bill is what's getting it on me, not the phone.

I'm not sure if they evaluate their customers, but I don't think so.

I called around the time the 4S was released when a lot of customers were apparently leaving for Verizon. They were desperate to keep what customers they could I guess? I called asking what my ETF would have been and mentioned I could save money by switching to Verizon with a company discount and they guy worked a deal out for me.

It is a pretty sweet deal, saved me $30/month. Not so many people have had such luck with their support over the phone though. I've always heard it's better to go into a store and talk to them in person, but I don't have any real experience with that. I know a few people have gotten free micro cell towers by going into the store.

You and your friends gotta teach me how you did it. lol.

Just got my bill EVEN lower, last month it was 58 then next 3 months its going to be 52-55...Saving 100 over 4 months is perfectly fine for me.

AT&T customer here.

My friends and I all decided to share a family plan to save on our bill.

We receive:
1400 minutes (5000+ rollover)
Unlimited mobile to mobile
Unlimited messaging
2x unlimited data plans
3x data pro plans

We pay exactly $60 a person, and there are five of us. I think it's quite the deal for me, seeing how I'm on an unlimited data plan, and we're one week from the end of our cycle an we've only used a culmative of 238 minutes out of the 1400 we share.

I pay $245ish a month for my mine and my wife iPhone plan.

Unlimited everything on both with Verizon. Sucks but what do you do. If you want it, you have to pay it.

I am debating getting the 4GB plan from Verizon and getting a 4G phone. I just need to see where a smart phone ranks on my priorities list.

Right now I am on a $49.99 550/min family plan with dumb phones.

ATT, my iPhone w/unlimited data, two other for family with no data, texting, 189 ****** dollars a month. And like an idiot just re-upped for 2 years.

I jumped on the unlimted text/data verizon plan for $70 they offered back in November 2010. The plan is for my wife and I. We get:

1400 anytime minutes
10 friends and family numbers (pick any number and get unlimited calling to it and can change the numbers at any time)
unlimited texting
unlimited data (no 2gb cap or anything)

Apparently my plan isn't showing up right on Verizon's website anymore but what it should be is:

$89.99 for 1400 minutes +
$9.99 for my wife's line +
$29.99 for data x 2 -
($20 data discount on each line)

Plus there is a 12% company discount on the main minutes line and on my data line. So i actually pay around $6.50 for unlimited data on verizon since they take the 12% discount off the original $30 for data and that comes off the $10 amount.

All told we pay $120 + taxes, so a little over $140 for 2 lines on Verizon. Good, but i know we could get cheaper at so many other places :)

I have AT&T since the launch day of iPhone 3G. On the iPhone 4S launch, I switched my mum's T-mobile number to AT&T as an individual account. On that day, AT&T had issues and activated 68 numbers under my name. The AT&T staffs told me everything will be fine and even showed me the data from their system.

The bill came and it's $523.82 with 2 lines. However, they put 2 additional numbers under my name. I also upgraded my text message plan as I almost reached the 1,000 limits.

I went to the AT&T store and they had no idea and only credited the 2 additional lines to my account. Days later, my account balance was back to $278.78.

That's
450 mins, unlimited data, unlimited text, prorated charges, tax and other fee.
450 mins, 2GB Data Pro, activation fee, 1 additional month, tax and other fee.

I really wanted to see how low people are paying, possibly cut down the cost. But, it seems that the numbers on only going higher.

$245 going once, $245 going twice...

I was about to get iPhone with AT&T today, the AT&T customer service told me, for an individual plan (that's the one I asked), it's about $85 per month, or $1000 per year. That's crazy.

$39.99(talk)+$20(messaging)+$15 (data)+tax and all that=$85

I remember I used to pay $25/mon. How are things going for everyone else?

You are getting ripped off. I have 3 lines on Sprint 1500 min, unlimited data, messaging, etc. I pay apx. $42.00 a line. You're on the wrong network.
