How big is your... iTunes collection?

I own 8 physical CDs, have bought 57 songs from iTMS and have 857 songs in iTunes. You do the maths.

Yes, I know that I haven't provided enough information for an accurate determination :)
 
I just got my new iPod's and therefore worked hard in the last weeks to get all my music into my lib. Now I have
272 albums
3467 songs
2 songs from the music store. I have only a modem connection and it takes hours to download the music from the store. Next year I will get DSL.

95% legal. I bought most of the CDs.

With the iPod its really great. I love it two listen to random songs. I recognized that I don't know a lot of the songs from my CDs. And I am quite often surprized !

I'm currently at 10.4GB, 2612 songs, 6 days 18 hours.
my biggest artist is offspring, with 89 songs, and Greenday comes in a close second, with 85 songs. Kinda funny, since I don't really listen to either of those bands all that often... Oh well. And an embarrasing amount of the music is illegal, probably about 50%... Oh well, at least it's all from friends, rather than having downloaded it off the internet... *looks shamefaced*
 
1742 songs, 6.8 days, 12.92GB

556 artists, so its tough to figure out who I have the most of..but it looks like Chemical Brothers, Thievery Corporation or Jane Monheit. Maybe Lynyrd Skynyrd or Fatboy Slim.

Its about 10% of my CD collection. Mostly at mp3 192. New stuff goes in Apple Lossless. Less than 5% is from the store. The store is so weak. Probably 2-5% is from Fasttrack/Gnutella.

Since you mentioned what % of your songs are legal and I didn't, I might as well do so - I'm 100% legal, and always have been.

Maybe you should make a statistics page on your website (if you have one) like I have (see my signature).

but i got quite a nice amount of tv show themes etc. in there and lot of music which i wouldn't call music
for the legal amount: have no idea but i copied at least 25 music cds from from myself and some from my sister
yeah and downloading promo tracks etc.

i would say 20% legal
