Guess I'll be waiting for the iPad Air II.

I decided after getting my 5S that if the new iPad came out with Touch ID I would definitely upgrade, even though I'm very happy with my iPad4.

So...I guess I'll just stay happy with my iPad4 until they come out with an iPad Air with Touch ID.
 
Think about how many times you unlock your iPhone in a given day compared to an iPad. Unless you're using an iPad for work, I'm willing to bet you unlock it, sit on it for an hour, lock it back up, and maybe open it up a couple more times in your day. iPhone, you unlock all of the time. To me, it didn't make sense for an iPad to have Touch ID. I understand the added security benefit, but I personally see Touch ID as more convenient than secure, even though it is both
