The true test is how many of the 64.5% pay for it when it is released tomorrow.

It might be more accurate to test how many intend to purchase it overall, rather than just on first day figures.

After using the GM i'm defiantly going to purchase it, but only after a few of the bugs have been fixed (possibly 10.7.1 or .2) and a couple of software vendors have updated their apps to make them more compatible

Yes, but in my opinion you're still a pirate( maybe not you, but those who pirate). When you decide to legally purchase the software is irrelevant. They are getting value by using an OS for free.
 
I borrowed it from the internet to use until it's officially released. Which since that's tomorrow, I'll be packing my things up to be ready for a fresh OS hop. Because although I've been using this for a while, I still don't trust torrent OS X %100. (I'll DL it at night though, save on Apple server stress.)
