How do I transfer music from my Windows PC to my iPhone?

Hi,

Since they changed iTunes to Apple Music on Windows PC, I have no idea how to transfer my music library from my PC to my phone.

I have the Apple Device app too, but I'm not sure how it works. Looks like I can sync from my PC to my phone, but it wants to wipe everything from my phone first which I didn't accept.

Any help is appreciated!
