Diagonally. And after 17 years of marriage my wife still doesn't remember that.

NO FLAMING! I do make my own sandwiches most of the time!
Sure ya do. :D

Now... go make me a sandwich! *claps hands*

I just had a sandwich a few minutes ago.. I thought of this thread and cut it into a circle, just to be contrary. :p

Unless the sandwich is huge why bother cutting it??

On a related note, I'll cut up sandwiches if they're too big to bite into. Doctor's orders since the TMJ Dysfunction set in....

This is a picture of the sandwich I just ate for lunch. I cut it diagonally but the shape of the bread didn't really allow for triangles. It was tasty anyway. :)

Looks good- what was in it? :)

Pssh... sandwich cutting? That just causes more leakage around the edges...

Personally, I can't stand cutsy little kids (sorry) that refuse to eat the crust or want their sandwiches cut... I apologize, but raising your kid and allowing them to be that picky is the reason why the entire world hates Americans.

I used sourdough rye bread, cheese, mushrooms and then I couldn't decide between hot english mustard and sweet chili sauce so I put a bit of both in. Then toasted it up. :)

mmm, substitute thinly sliced ham or turkey for the mushrooms and we're in business :D

I wonder how many vegetarians we have around here. (and vegans for that matter ;) )

i think there is a way that i cut my sandwiches that is not a choice give above. I like to cut my sandwiches in a way that isnt straight across or diagonal, but somewhere between.... its a classy way to cut a 'wich.

Yeah, I usually put some kind of meat in too, but we didn't have any. It didn't matter because I luuurve mushrooms!!!

I think we had a thread a while back about who was vego/vegan. The only person I can think of off the top of my head is KT.

Edit: Here's the thread.
