I love that place! We went to their location in Columbus Georgia and absolutely loved it. The place was packed and the pizza was outstanding!

On the west coast, if you are in the Santa Barbara or San Diego area another really good pizza place is "Woodstock Pizza". Their pizza is pretty darn good IMHO. I also really dig their chocolate pizza dessert! Gooey goodness!

Yeah, we're going to break our "training burn" with MM tomorrow :D Been weeks without carbs, dairy, alcohol ...

WITH BUFFALO CHICKEN BABY

I'm not super picky when it comes to pizza. I love myself a good slice, but it's hard to argue with a $5 Hot N Ready pizza. That's a like two meals for $5! :D

Dessert Pizza?
Dessert Pasta?

For the love of god! What is wrong with people?
I just threw up in my mouth a little.

Who comes up with these abominations?
Once you've had a chocolate chip pizza, you never go back bro.

Good thing I'll never be curious to try it out.

I don't know about Arkitect of course but I for one am ultra conservative regarding my pizzas. ;)
Just because it's circular and cut into eighths, but doesn't contain cheese, doesn't mean it's heresy! :p

Do you live in the southeastern US? Because, jokes aside, I wanted to ask you for some solid pizza place recommendations.

Having homemade (sort of ) pizza tonight
As mentioned, Newman's Own Supreme as a base with lots of extra onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheese
It is a special treat for me :)

Not a big fan of dessert pizza
or anchovies
or pineapple on pizza

I prefer more veggies to more meat on my pizza... just enough pepperoni for flavor
But I can do without all the ground beef, sausage, ham, etc.

Nope. About a 2h drive from Italy.

So yes, it's heresy! :D

Shame on you!

Has anyone here had Pizza Rustica? How does it compare to the big chains?

My in-laws have that every year for Easter. Really not what most would consider pizza...it's like a manic quiche, loaded with a million unhealthy and delicious cheeses and cold cuts. Totally unlike anything at a chain or even local pizza place.

No idea, but Jamie Oliver did once come up with a chocolate calzone. I say off with his head.

I do like chocolate, so i guess that's my first problem solved. But i just prefer hot'n'spicy chicken..

Perhaps is they did that, but for pizzas' then i would o for it no question.

But the "lots of pepperoni" ones i've taste don't compare.

Surely they make hot and spicy chicken pizza?!

Does that mean I am a pizza heretic? Okay. I can live with that label. :p (I only eat cheese pizza if it's fresh mozzarella and not a lot of it.)

Sorry to disappoint you but that sounds like a legit Pizza Bianca. So no, no pizza heretic (for now). :p

Oh you do, it is outstanding! It is basically a giant cookie with chocolate, caramel, marshmallows, and chocolate drizzle. What is sad, is I don't know if they still sell it. I have been to Woodstock Pizza in quite some time. But man was it good.
