How far are you in Oblivion?

I played through all of this game on my PC fizzing out in the Shivering Isles. I have a question about the 360 version. Are there mods available on the 360 version like there are on the PC version? Things like Saddle Bags, Mystic Elves, No Psychic Guards, etc?
