Get 5 bars all over the city, doesn't work too well up north of me but I'm not up there much. One weird thing is I live right in Syracuse, NY and I get 5 bars outside of my house and everywhere else but when I get in my house my signal drops dramatically, so I called AT&T and b*tched and they sent me a free MicroCell, so now I have 5 bars at all times in my house.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with AT&T. I think their data network is super fast, and I don't drop to many calls, maybe 2 a month.

Good service so far, used to get dropped calls a lot but I think it was just my 2G crapping out.

I usually only have 2-4 bars but I NEVER experience dropped calls. Sometimes, when I only have 1 bar, sites take a minute to load.

I get occasional dropped calls in the downtown Seattle area (where I work). The network is also a bit slow. I have no such issues around my home (about 15 miles north of Seattle), though.

AT&T is perfect in DFW metroplex. I get service too while traveling down to Houston.

service in east los angeles is amazing. i get full 5 bars whereas verizon only gave me 2 or 3. im so glad i made the switch

Signal in some places is not the issue for me. Sometimes w/full bars data connectivity stalls or times out. Never had a dropped call yet.
