So, i'm writing this from my iphone 4 running beta6. And yes, i use it everyday for common tasks suchs as texting, e-mail, some degree of web-browsing, and, obviously, calls.
It feels a tad slower than 6, and 3d party apps crash every once in a while. But stock apps, which i use 90% of the time, work great. Except the phone app that "freezes" the springboard after a call and i have to go to the app-switcher and back again to solve this. And. I restart it every 24h.
But that doesn't really bother me.

It's fantastic. Beta 6 runs beautifully on my iPhone 5. Great battery life and silky smooth. There's the odd bug still but it's come a long way since Beta 1.

Can't wait to see what the GM brings us.

I don't even think about it being a beta on my iPhone 5. However there still seems to be a bit of glitchiness on my iPad 2. Not as smooth. I've gotten used to to the look of iOS 7 and I love it. Performance is where it should be. Not noticing anything significant with battery loss lately. Day to day, good to go.

I like it for the most part..

I actually do not like the weather summary in notification center though.. It is an extra step to get to if you are not already on that tab.. Plus it rarely displays the current temperature. It instead shows the high and low for the day.. There is also no quick info for the week.. The weather app it self is much nicer but still not as nice as the yahoo stand alone app.. No weather app on ipad but it does show the summary in NC..

For the most part ios7 is nicer.. I think nc snd weather are one step foreword and 2 steps back though.

It's like using a public version but the only difference is apple has changed a few small things and the way use the phone , for eg. To set up a wallpaper u required only 2 steps in iOS 6 now u require 3. In ios 6 it was very easy to delete all messages of a chat in the message app, but in ios 7 it takes 3 steps,(hold down any message , press the more option and select delete all) which is quite irritating. In ios 7 we can't set up a wallpaper which isn't the size of the iPhone screen , for eg the wallpaper of the invitation apple sent to the press is side ways, if u want to set it up as a wallpaper on iOS 7 , it will automatically zoom so that it fits the screen completely and then u need to set it up, and the problem is u can't zoom out by pinching it. So half of ur picture isn't showed .
There are quite a few small things apple has missed out which are there in ios 6 and should be there in ios 7 but they are not and so they make ur day to day use quite irritating .. But it's still better than ios 6

How did u get weather in the notification Center in iOS 7???

Weather is one of the cooler first party apps in iOS 7, it looks great. Generally beta 6 runs great on my 4S aside from weird obvious bugs which can cause short freezing for a second or 2 when a third party app has issues

For me, running the latest beta on iPhone 5 and iPad 4 it's still buggy. Apps crash regularly (Ios apps, Safari, iTunes etc) and rotational issues galore! Not sure how GM is the next release with all the stuff left to resolve but this isn't Job's Apple anymore it's Double Down on Security Cooks. See how well that worked out.

Yeah, blame the CEO for software glitches. Are you kidding me?

It's fantastic. Runs just as well, if not better than iOS 6 on my iPhone 5. I actually use the Weather app now, and other stock apps I didn't use to use (Reminders, Notes, etc..)

Control Center is a great addition, let me delete the flashlight app I was using. I also really like the weather summary in notification center, as well as seeing my Calendar and the traffic information before going to work/leaving work to go home. Let's me tell my fiancee when I'll be home :)

Overall, it's very smooth and battery life is great, and I'm sure things will only improve with the GM/public release.

Is the traffic from the Maps app or is it a third-party app?

After using iOS 7 as my daily driver since beta 5, whenever I go back to my iOS 6 devices they just feel... Old. Using iOS 6 makes me miss control center and the new multitasking UI. The only downside is that iOS 7 feel slower when you're interacting with the UI due to heavy animations. Especially ones like the screen fade on when all you want is a glance at your notifications.

Turn on reduce motion in General, Accessibility and then Wallpapers act like they do in iOS 6:D

No they dont I have it kept off , to set up a wallpaper which isn't the screen size is not possible. Even though there is a temporary solution to it , that us take a screen shot and then set it

You have to have location services for Weather enabled.

Ohk but it doesn't show pictures, just a sentence

In NC, it only gives you a brief description of the weather in a sentence. You only get images in the actual Weather app.

Notification center, multi tasking and the control center are great. Besides that there is nothing really different except icons. This said, I am sure if i went back to iOS6 I would find more differentiators. Messages is good.

Thanks for everyone's replies so far :)

It seems like most people think it performs better than iOS 6 at everyday tasks (with the exception of a few things which take an extra couple of steps), which is what I was hoping for.

Nothing else really different?!? I think there are MANY other new improvements that I appreciate almost every time I turn my phone on. Just love the camera, safari, Siri, iTunes Radio, new gestures... Just to name a few more.

I literally don't care about any of those except maybe safari. What gestures are you referring to?

Turn Reduce Motion ON not OFF.

Yes my reduced motion is on .. I've not kept the parallax .. It still doesn't happen

Just try out these steps .. Keeping reduced notion ON go in safari and save an image of the apple invitation of sept 10 by long pressing it and then clicking save image .. Then set it up as a wallpaper and see if it happens like ios 6 or not .. Because that's exactly what I did and it didn't happen .. It zooms the image to the apple logo and the rest gets hidden

Beta 6 runs great so far.

The only thing (so far) I miss about iOS 6 is the multitasking feature. The new multitasking feature "glides" more rather then taking one step at a time when swiping with your finger. When the apps keep gliding, then you can't enter them before they are standing still, which you can make them by tapping your finger.

It's a small issue, but as a consumer who uses multitasking a lot, that 0.5 second extra you use every time can be a bit annoying.

Anyone feeling the same way as me?

Yes, but I'm noticing that I'm sort of getting used to it (not completely yet). It's also super laggy on my iPad 3 (iPad mini is ok).
