The thing that worries me is that it's slower than iOS 6. Look at iOS 6 on the iPhone 4 and you will see it's very slow compared to when it came out with iOS 4. It worries me that this gradual slow down as we upgrade to a newer OS may be happening after just one software update on the iPhone 5, which was a beast on iOS 6.

Another thing that annoys me about iOS 7 are the longer animations during which you can't tap anything.

Overal I really like iOS 7 and it would be perfect if it can run as smooth as iOS 6. The visuals are much cleaner and more precise (although I do get nostalgic for iOS 6 graphics once in a while because they are so much more tappable and fun-looking.

The zoom animation is the only thing with longer animations on my 5 and I can deal with that as multi-tasking is so much better. In previous betas you couldn't tap an app while it was zooming, but in beta 6 you can. Visually you won't want to but it works.

Personally, I really like the improvements over iOS 6 (especially CC, the new NC, the new lock screen, and the larger banner notifications).

The only thing that annoys me is the lack of a night time/dark theme (ala Safari Private mode). It's an eye killer in bed!

True, (mine's on auto) but even at it's dimmest it's still too bright for a pitch black room.

+1. This is one of my biggest gripes with iOS. Theres no setting to apply a screen filter to further decrease the brightness below the lowest setting without jailbreaking....

Man do I miss f.lux.

I am still wondering how my iphone "knows" when I am supposed to drive to the office and when I am supposed to go home and gives me the estimated travel time! :D:apple:
You're more predictable than you think. It is a bit shocking when you change your routine and it guesses correctly though. That's freaky.

I've been on Beta 6 for a few days (mostly to test our app on iOS7), and it's been terrific. I was a fan of the aesthetic, and now I've had hands on and been exposed to the features, I'm really enthusiastic about the whole package!

It feels open, and uncluttered, it's like I'm engaging with the content, and not with a UI.

Rock solid on my iPhone 5 since beta 5. The UI is beautiful and a joy to use. So much more life, so much lighter and fresher than iOS6 which now looks old and haggard to my eyes. The layered depth metaphor makes so much more sense. Quick access to brightness controls in particular was well needed and the back / forward gestures in first party apps (Safari in particular) just makes sense.

Visually it is great and I can't wait for third party apps to follow suit. Too jarring seeing old style applications in iOS7. Like running Windows apps in coherence mode on a Mac.
