Its 10am EDT and I just started the downloading process of Lion on my first of 3 Macs. I'm wondering how long this is going to take? Anyone done yet?
 
Look in the app store under purchases, it will give you an estimated time remaining. Nobody can tell you how long it will take as it is dependant upon your connection speeds.
 
Mine's nearly finished downloading and it has taken me an hour and a half :) It depends on your internet connection and apple's server.
 
About 25 minutes, it's more or less maxing out my internet connection. Good to see they have a good backend for delivery of Lion :)
 
Using the fastest Qwest DSL speed here, it took me 33 minutes on my black MB and when that finished, about 40 minutes on the same connection on my MBP.
 
about 1h07mins, not maxing out my 1,6mb/s connection.
And it's still downloading, but i'm in no hustle, since i'm already on Lion GM, i'm just downloading it because I want to pay for it, and have the "real" version, though it's the same.

You'd be much better off downloading it on one Mac and then burning a couple of copies for your other machines. Why spend all that time and waste all that bandwidth?

This is kind of BS lol...

My connection in Korea is like... crazy high. But I'm using a US Apple Store that's tied to gift cards I bought back home so the connection is dog slow.

I started at 9:35 ish PM and now it's 12:22AM and there's still like around an hour and a half left. Haha...
 
It's been about an hour and a half for me...app store says "less than a minute remaining" but has said that for some time now and the progress bar hasn't moved in about half an hour.

I'm in Korea at the moment as well..having better download speeds but nowhere near full capacity (100mb/s down).

Took me about 20-25mins.
