How long did it take you to get your avatar?

Rubbish. -aggie- would qualify for Post Whore™. :D I posted at least 9 posts a day. Since the requirement for an avatar was 500 posts, 500/9 = 55.5 days to reach 6502a status. I have been consistently posting at least 9 posts or more a day. Oh wait, which means I took only 2 months! :eek:

Maybe I should suggest this to Arn - After G5 status, there should be one more called Post Whore.
 
It took me 500!

Around seven months' moaning, but mostly a few days off, some Vin d'Alsace and some insomnia. :)

But what is unbelievable is that some guys can reach that 500 without saying anything interesting or meaningful.
 
About 3 and a half years to get my avatar. I only used to post sporadically. It is a nice milestone to have though. Most sites give you instant access to an avatar. I like the MR system. It probably makes people get more involved in the site than they would otherwise.
 
It took me 169 days to get to 500.

My 500th post was in the Official 2008 NHL season thread...... :cool:

I think mine was just over a year. My 500th post was in a thread about the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 :)
