Forever. I just don't post too much. But I've been around for quite some time (joined the day after SunBaked).

It's fun having an avatar and all, but I don't put much stake in it. If you have something interesting to say, I'll listen whether you have an avator or not. Not often, but I've seen a few avatars that are a little "iffy" (NSFW) so I often fly with avatars off when I'm surfing at work, anyway.

Some members seem to post more when they have complaints and concerns about Macs than when they don't.

Glad you were "forced" out into the open.

Stupid "Search Child Forums" check box got me.

I eventually would have ventured out, just probably would have taken a bit longer.

I had enrolled in an antisocial support group around that time, of course no one ever shows up for the meetings.

So I guess the revised answer is about 25 months or so.
