How long until the MBP is in stock in stores

In Toronto, Canada: Eaton Centre said they still don't have. Called Yorkdale and they've got 'em. And I'm off!

My local Apple store in Los Gatos, CA says available online for all but the maxed out 15 inch. I cancelled my online order and will be heading over there this weekend. And for kicks, I just called up my local Best Buy (Soquel, CA) and they said they "aren't officially out yet, only announced". I told the rep Apple is already selling them in store, so she had to go check. Ended up telling me they don't have any yet, so I suspect they have them but don't want to sell them just yet.

Best Buy Rockville MD had a willing customer today around 1pm (not me). He was told they go on sale Nov 1 there. The guy went to the Apple store.
