Coming from a HTC one Max (5.9") phone, I've never Been happier. Got the 6 plus.

I left the iPhone world after the 4s, because I just wanted a larger phone. Wasn't going to buy into the regurgitated 4" iPhone that was the 5, 5c and 5 s. I previously owned EVERY iPhone, on every release day since the first, so this was a big deal for me.

Not going to lie. I missed iPhones operating system while I was away, and the things that just make iPhone...iphone. But it was worth having the larger screen. And I was happy.

Wasn't going to come back to iPhone until they made a 5"or larger phone ( would not have bought the 4.6") and the 5.5" iPhone plus hit it RIGHT on the head. It is THE best phone I've ever owned. It is the best of everything in a phone, for me, and I could NOT be happier.

Wasn't sure which I wanted, thinking the Plus might be too big.

When they were introduced the specs (particularly battery time) made me decide on the Plus.

Now that I have it, my old 5 seems absurdly small. I imagine a regular 6 might be OK, but I have no desire to try it out. The 6 Plus also nicely eliminates the need for my iPad.

I'm not, it's going back.

It bends.

Did I miss anything? Oh yeah, it's going back.

Does it actually bend all by itself as you're using it? Then yah, I'd take it back.

Seriously, though, I have no regrets. So far, it's fit into the front pocket of two different pairs of jeans, and I'm getting used to the size. The only time it feels a little awkward is when I put it to my ear, which I don't do all that often.

I keep seeing threads popping up about how many users exchanged their 6 plus for the 6. I've had my 6 plus since the 19th and I'm loving it. My wife had doubts about her plus so I urged her to get the 6 and she did. I understand its not for everyone. How many are 100% sure they will be keeping it? I know I am. I'm just curious as many are switching to the fun sized iphone 6 :)

i will, without a doubt, be keeping my 6 Plus. I am quite fond of it already.

I have no plans on exchanging my 6 Plus. It is perfect for me and couldn't imagine a smaller screen. LOVE MY 6 PLUS!!

Keeping it and love it. Have no issues using it one handed at all. 5'11" with small to average hands. The size is perfect for what I need it for. Yeah pocketability could be slightly better but it's a small sacrifice for what I get overall. Not worried about the bending hype (on the contrary when try to bend or twist it, it feels like a tank. Add the Apple leather case and there is no way in hell it's going to bend under normal use), my screen doesn't look yellow, not seeing any lag at all. It's a beast and the battery is amazing! I wouldn't give it up for any smartphone out there yet.

I wonder how many people gave up the 6 Plus for the fact that performance is worse on it. It has twice as many pixels to push with the same hardware as the 6. Not too mention laggy animations. Hmmmm.

Me and 3 others that I know have the 6 Plus (since the 19th) and have pushed our 6 Plus' to the extreme and have seen no such lag or anything else you describe. This phone smashes out with no delay or problems. Not sure where you got that info from.

After almost a week with 6+, seeing 6 and 5S again and again throughout the day making me to keep mine more and more. They looks like nice toys for the little guys.

I just got mine today. I'm a woman, fairly petite at 5' 2", and when I spread my fingers wide have a span of 7" from pinky to thumb. It's a stretch to use one handed, possible for some things, impossible for others even with the reachability. My friends who are also iPhone owners (4, 5 & 6) think I look ridiculous when I hold it up to my head. It's heavier than I anticipated, even though I tried to get an idea by handling other objects that are about the same weight. It's HUGE in comparison to the 5s that it replaced. It's pretty slippery without the case I think especially given the size of my hands and therefore the position of my fingers when I'm griping it in portrait mode, so a case for me is a must, and I usually like to roll naked.

I will definitely be keeping it. It's freaking awesome! :)

Keeping it. The battery and screen are too nice to go back to a terrible-batteried phone. Maybe I'll get the regular 6s once they adjust the battery life to be close with the Plus.

I just want to throw this out there.

I was DEAD SET on returning the 6+ for a 6. I didn't care about the color or the gigs... I just hated this big thing. I was going to go tomorrow morning.

But this afternoon, my Apple black leather case came in. I put it on and it changed EVERYTHING. I no longer feel like I'm going to drop it at any point. It keeps it off of the table no matter if it's face down or back down.

After I put the case on it, I'm keeping it.

I have a feeling the Apple silicone case will make me feel the same.

I just received my 6+ today and for about an hour I was unsure what I thought. In the end, I think it will be fine.

Things I like: Screen, battery, camera, it is something different (I don't think the iPhone 6 is that much bigger than the 5). I think over the next two years, developers will take more advantage of the screen size. I'm also interested in what jailbroken type apps will show up.

Things I don't like: It is a bit heavy, pocket ability. It is a bit difficult to use one-handed but not totally impossible for me.

I think in a few days, I'll be used to the 6+. I went to an ATT store to look at a 6 and the icons and text seemed small. My old iPhone 5 looks crazy small. I wish Apple had made something in the middle like a 5.1" but if I'm spending as much money as I do on an upgrade, I want the new phone to be significantly different to be worth upgrading.

I saw a couple of people looking at the 6+ and I showed them mine. They of course asked, "Is it bent? I heard they bend." In my opinion this bent thing is out of hand. I haven't had any issues with mine all day being in my pocket and I haven't tried to be particularly careful with it or anything. I do have the Apple leather case on it which I think feels nice.

Just my $.02

I was very worried about size. Initially, prior to the actual Keynote announcement, I was dead set on the 6 instead if the 6+. But the 1080p and the OIS sold me on the 6+.

I got it today and absolutely love it! I can operate it well enough with one hand that it will work for my needs, and I'm not a huge guy at 5'10". Heck, I only use a phone with one hand when I'm driving anyways. And I had it in one hand the whole way home on my 45 minute drive without any issues.

I will be keeping the 6+. It was a great decision. Absolutely no regrets.
