Doubt it. And there IS lag, or some part of the software that is not properly optimized. FACT. And your comments are even more ridiculous!
Same here. I've had mine since launch day, and while it works perfectly fine for the most part, I do very occasionally experience lag, eg in the Mail app or Safari, where it just freezes for a few seconds and then the action goes through. But I'm sure it's a software problem that can easily be eliminated.

I just tried switching my plus to zoom mode and noticed less lag than on standard mode, especially when double clicking the home button.

In zoom mode, double clicking on the home button is now just as fast as my regular 6, whereas in standard mode on the 6+ It would delay a split second more than the regular 6

I wonder how many people gave up the 6 Plus for the fact that performance is worse on it. It has twice as many pixels to push with the same hardware as the 6. Not too mention laggy animations. Hmmmm.

The iPad Air and iPad mini retina have way more pixels to drive than any of the iPhones, and they run on the A7 fine.

Keeping -

With these adaptive views - they'll be some ways to really take advantage of the extra size - more so than just a miniature master/detail view.

Stay tuned!

I'll be keeping mine, for me (with my Gollum-like hands) it's the perfect size.

I live in a rural area with extremely poor cellphone/mobile signal. I've noticed the 6 Plus seems to get signal in places where my 5s wouldn't. This has been a very pleasant surprise, indeed.

100% keeping it. No question about it.

I sure am glad I made the last minute decision to get the 5.5" Plus. I've been using it since the 19th and (no offense to owners of 5s and earlier phones) whenever I handle my old 5s or 4 it just feels so small and dinky and I can't imagine going back. The Plus is an absolute beast of a phone, and with the bigger keyboard my typing accuracy had gone from 80%-85% on my 5s to about 97% on my 6 Plus.

I'm a tall guy (6'5") and have big hands and thumbs which made it hard to type on pervious iPhones. This is why my accuracy has gone up thanks to the 6 Plus.

Now just to get iOS 8 kinks ironed out!

They're also not having to do extra work scaling rendering at a higher resolution then scaling back down to the screens native res that the iPhone Plus doing.

I also noticed wifi reception is much better on the plus compared to the 5s. In the master bedroom, I would get choppy wifi with the 5s but with the 6 plus, I'm getting a solid wifi signal and it always works :)

Maybe those ugly plastic lines really have their use.

Between the iPhone 6 and the 6+ I'm definitely keeping my 6+.

However, I MAY entertain the idea of switching to the Note 4 when that's released.

I've been riding the Apple train for the last several years and it might not be the worst thing in the world to switch it up. Then again, last year, I had the iPhone 5S, Galaxy S4, and HTC One all at the same time and I stuck with the 5S.

Keeping my 6+, i love the large screen and how it works. Not sure why some people said the screen is fuzzy, give devs some time and their apps will work better. My fingers don't hurt at all using it and I have no trouble with the size whatsoever. Also, haven't experienced any lag or anything and battery life is amazing.

are you keeping your iphone6plus or returning?

I'm still in-between whether i wanna keep it or not because it's awkward to hold comfortably with one hand but on the the plus side it has a bigger screen, and other functions that the iphone6 just doesn't have. Love to get your guys thoughts.

i actually am returning mine. I finally got my hands on it, and well...its just too big for normal day to day. And plus the added "twist" damage potential from general pocket use....I just don't have time to baby a device.

So i went with the 6. I would have loved to keep the plus's size - just wish it was waaay more durable. But still its too big for me.

Another thread. There are a ton already, please do a search.

As to your question. I have till Friday but I think I will be keeping mine.

I got to watch football in the car Sunday while my wife drove and it was great. Streaming video on it was fantastic. I got a nice slim case, very unobtrusive, slick so that it slides in and out of the pocket, still docks well with speakers, clear so I can see it, and light, as well as a AirFrame+ vent holder for the car. No issues with pockets though it does fill them up. I will be going to the gym with it in the next couple days as the final test.

Im in the process of deciding...

its more because I have the Gold when I really want the Space Grey... got stuck with the Gold cause it was the last Plus on launch day...

I know if I return it, I may have to wait till November to get a Space Grey Plus...

Absolutely keeping it. Have had it about 16 hours and have barely put it down. It's everything I wanted from a phone. And I'm finding I can do far more one handed than I expected to be able to (5' 2 female)
