Define a cup. At work I normally have 2 "proper" single-shot cappuccinos and maybe 1 cup of crap from the (free) vending machine. Weekends at home: 1 3/4 cup is cafetière (a French Press for you Americans) across the day.

Probably too much really.

5-6 cups a day. Sometimes more since I got a Keurig machine. Makes awesome coffee.

I would think that you need to drink some liquid so your kidneys can function and flush out things.

Yeah, sometimes I have to force myself to drink something. It's just something I don't really think about doing and I don't really get thirsty much. Should probably see a doctor.

But I'm English. I'll go to the doctor if I the only other alternative is death.

I have two 16-ounce cups in the morning. Never been an evening coffee drinker.

Brew my own before I leave the house, fill up my travel mug and a small Thermos' worth.

Reminds me of a buddy some years ago.

I would always bring him whole coffee beans so he could grind and process them. While I didn't drink coffee, it was fun to watch him make coffee. He loved doing it.

about 2 cups each morning during the week...and anywhere between 2-4 on the weekends.

as a matter of fact, my officemate is bringing me my first cup right now. :)

about 20 I guess (I have large Starbucks mugs at home and work) each is worth three cups or so.

:) Caffine and Nicotine - Only fuel I need.....
