In the warmer months, I usually just have a cup of coffee when I get up and/or an iced coffee at a shop while I read the paper.

In the colder months, I can easily drink a pot or two at home. I will also sometimes have coffee based alcoholic beverages in the evening to warm the body and spirit (eg: Irish or Spanish coffee).

When I was in college and/or working on design projects - I used to demolish several pots of coffee in a go - I tended to want to keep working until something was done - and coffee fueled my obsession...

i usually drink one regular size cup of coffee every day..
this is what i have learned in school. the coffee is the one that increases your blood pressure. but when you drink everyday for a long period of time, then you end up with decreasing in blood pressure.. anyways.. coffee is bad for BP ^^

usually one latte in the morning and that's it for the day.....it used to be that at work I would make a pot for the morning and then a fresh pot for the afternoon so as to always have some to sip as I worked....but i've given that up

Well when I first got my press, like 2 large cups a day but now.. 1 a week. Its just, if I wake up late then I won't make any, but if I wake up early enough i'll make some.

Same here.

I do miss Tim Horton's......

We were supposed to get a Horton's in the town where I live, but then the company backed out. I find their coffee to be a bit bitter, personally - much better made from scratch in my French Press :)

2 to 8 black, Instant only occasionally. I tried going without once, and got a terrible headache...

you should be drinking 8 cups of water a day. water is essential in helping your body function properly. You may not feel anything, but i bet you're hurting your body by not drinking anything....
You shouldn't just blindly quote urban myths, you know. ;)

The days I do drink coffee (which is maybe every other day, or every three days) I usually drink one or two cups, or one of two drinks with one shot of espresso in it. Too much coffee makes me sick and gives me a headache though, so I usually don't consume too much.

I'm a big fan of Whole Foods' Red Sea Blend. Give it a try, it's full of coffee goodness.

Even though I like coffee, I've never really got a habit of drinking it everyday. So I usually drink it about once a month, and I prefer iced coffee. But hot coffee is also good. Hmm, I actually want a cup now.

On average, maybe a couple each week.

On the other hand, I've gotten into the habit of sipping on a cup of tea every morning at work

it used to be one a day, now maybe a few times a week.

i've been getting into tea a little more. i feel like it's healthier for some reason
