If you want an iPad to be a true Swiss Army Knife, it needs much more than 64 GB. I still carry my iPod Classic 160 GB because I want all 100 GB of music and 20 GB of music videos with me at all times. Would be nice to get all that on an iPad..
My 64 GB iPad is just about full with TV and Movies (no music) that I have queued up to watch in my downtime. On top of that, I still don't have room to load all the hundreds of Kindle books I own.
Thus I still juggle three or four devices - not one. Good for Apple because I buy and maintain iPod, iPhone, iPad and MBP. Why? Mainly because of memory. My MBP has a 500 GB SSD - how hard is it to bring something half that size to an iPad?
