I have owned three iPads, but only one at a time.
iPad 2 then New iPad then iPad w/ Retina Display. All 16GB Black, Wifi Only.

Used to have the original 32GBs (got it on launch day) but sold it about a year ago to support the purchase of the iPad 3 (also that I got on European launch day). sold that one as well a few months ago because I didn't see a need for it, however I deeply miss it and will be getting a 4 tomorrow as a birthday present.

Parent's own my old first-gen (32GB 3G), and I still have my old iPad 2 (64GB 3G) which I use for testing my developed apps on a non-retina display. My current iPad is a 32GB 3G iPad 4 .

Unfortunately, I rarely use it. I prefer using my laptop instead.
Haven't touched it in almost 2 months.

This might just be my first and last iPad unless the need for one comes up.

We have 3 iPad Mini's in our house. I own a 64BG Cellular/WiFi iPad Mini. My two kids each have their own 16GB WiFi iPad Mini.

I've had iPad 1-4, currently 4, and used to own the Mini.

I sold the Mini since I never used it. I just couldn't justify more than one iPad. Both seemingly had their own uses - with the Mini being much more portable - but I just never used the Mini for its portability since the screen on the 4 is just incomparably better and more productive and still very portable.

I started with the iPad original, upgraded to 2, gave the original to my girl's kid.

Gave girlfriend a 2.

Bought a 4, thought the 2 would be a good gift for my mom. Two days later, kid shattered his original.

I've owned two, both of them Mini's. The first was a 16 GB Wifi-only model. It was a gift from my family. After I moved and wanted to use it at work, I wanted to shift to a 3G/LTE model because there is no wifi at my work. So, I traded in my old mini and a few other things to buy a 16 GB Wifi/Cellular iPad Mini with my name engraved on it.
