i just keep hearing of people constantly sending their iphone back and fourth to apple becuz of some problem or another. and i was just wondering, who actually has their original iphone from the day you purchased it to now without having to send your iphone in for repair or having to get a refurb?
i do realize this a forum where people will go for help and support, but i want to know, who is very happy with theirs?
and if you do have your original phone, what precautions have you been taking with it?
Ditto.On my 3rd
Um, why not? Not everyone makes a huge stink about faulty goods. Not everyone sings the praises of fault-free hardware. But just because some of us have had replacements/ repairs and posted as such, doesn't mean they're lies.Don't believe what you read.
Oh good god, the photo scrolling always sticks a bit as new photos are drawn.Ditto.

On phone #3:
- Had issues charging properly (esp. with Apple's BT headset), and very jerky photo scrolling
- Dropped wifi all the time, still jerky photo scrolling
- This one seems okay so far... but I don't get why my photo scrolling is jerky. Tried out four iPhones in an Apple store with hundreds of photos and it scrolled so smoothly. At sixty odd photos or so, mine's still jerky.
I can't speak for others or for their phones, but the Geniuses looked through the photos, scrolled a bit, got bug-eyed, and didn't hesitate to immediately swap out the phone. I'm guessing they saw an actual issue.the problem isn't with the iPhones, it's with the level of perfection desired by the owner.Oh good god, the photo scrolling always sticks a bit as new photos are drawn.
