If you think you'll have a type 4, you'd be best putting some toilet roll down first. Nothing worse than doing a nice fat messy-free poo only to have it splosh and send toilet water all over your arse.
 
I wonder if my lack of pooping is due to my diet, or my fear of public restrooms. Sometimes I feel the urge to poop, but I can't because I'm at a public place (work, bowling alley, friend's house). I can only poop at my own house if no one is present. Also, it takes me about 40 minutes to fully evacuate myself generally.

For example, I just ate six slices of pizza and I'm sitting in my computer chair typing this response, and I still don't have to poop. I haven't pooped since Thursday, either, and I'm not even kidding. I'm extremely thin as well, so I don't know if physical mass has much to do with it. I'm six foot one and about 145 pounds.
