How often do you wear your Apple Watch

I wear my 1st gen SE from the time I wake up till the battery dies, usually around 8:30p. I leave it charging on my nightstand while I sleep. It's a nice clock if needed. :)

(I do wish I could change the color of the time displayed when in "landscape" mode while charging. It's either red (if the battery is almost dead) or green. Does anyone know if that's possible?)

I wear my AW all day, everyday. The only time I am not wearing it is in the shower and when I’m sleeping, so it can charge for the next day.

Notifications suck! I don’t want my watch to bother me. I like my fine watches better. I do wear one for working out. But I wish Apple would have come out with a ring so that could track everything. Or something that connects to the band of my existing watch and records the sensors with no notifications or complications.

You can turn notifications off.

Turn off the unimportant ones? Or all of them if you don't want them? This is customisable!

Yep. I only have uber important (like MFA) work notifications on, and only when my Work Focus is turned on. I'm like the other guy, I don't want notifications on my watch, but I took some time early on to turn them off. It has been great.

All day, everyday but its charged up overnight, everynight as well.

Original launch day AW Ultra still with 100% battery health.

You know maybe you can but inevitably I install a new app on the iPhone then start getting notifications on the Watch. Just like if I hit do not disturb on my iPhone doesn’t mean I want it on my iPhone. Perhaps it’s not understanding how to shut off every notification. I mean seems simple on the iPhone.

In general, again I rather just wear a ring to bed and an Omega or Rolex daily.

So I’m just wondering how much everyone here wears there Apple Watch. I usually only wear mine when I leave my house
I was not conned by Apple marketing to buy one so I never wear one and never will. Instead, I purchased a Garmin which is known for high quality, reliability, and long life instead of needing to be replaced every few years. Yes, it integrates with my iPhone, but does not need a phone for most of its features including sleep, stress, health snapshot, GPs, music, etc. Garmin does not due near the marketing as Apple do not need to convince those who value quality that it is a great product with outstanding customer service. Garmin is also a company that makes navigation equipment for private and commercial aircraft, and marine navigation for yachts and cruise ships. It has to be good, reliable, and trouble free. Otherwise, people may die. Those values also exist in their watches. So, if you want an overpriced prestage brand released with known bugs, buy an Apple. But if you want a quality, well-engineered, durable timepiece with outstanding timepiece that does not rely on a mobile phone to work, by a Garmin.

FYI: I have no financial interest or connection with Garmin. I have never worked for them. No one I know has ever worked for them. I just am convinced that they make great products along with outstanding support for them.

Just wanted to say the poll is a bit confusing. I almost checked first option (all day every day), but saw the last option (all day + sleep tracking) before hitting submit. I wonder how many people picked the first option when they meant the last.

I wore Garmin watches for 5 years (ForeRunner 935 and Fenix 6). Went back to Apple, have since had the AW8 and now AWU2, and I think they're far superior to Garmin.

To each their own.

I unfortunately had to stop wearing mine. An unblockable and very wrong health warning was triggering massive anxiety. I got myself an all-clear from the doc but the issue persisted.
You should be able to turn off health warnings. The heart section of the settings let’s you turn off Cardio Fitness, irregular rhythm (AFib), as well as high or low heart rate notifications.

Wearing mine less and less lately. I don't love the aesthetics, frankly, and I'm finding the notifications don't really do much besides annoy me. I do wear it at night to gather sleep data and when running to play music and get activity info. The one other thing I do find it convenient for is tap-to-pay on the subway, but it's not a huge deal to pull out my phone instead.

If Apple released a ring with health sensors in it, I would love to stop wearing it in bed. It's great for running and exercise, though.

TBH I've not missed it. I might consider a Pixel Watch, CMF or Galaxy Active in the new year. I'd quite like a round model!

S2 for outdoor workouts. S7 while at home including sleep tracking. S9 outside everyday business.

So basically I wear apple watches 24/7.

Mostly every day all day, don't wear it in bed so it lives on the charger then. Only times I don't wear it other than that is if we go out for a meal or something requiring smarter dress. I'll put on one of my nicer watches then.

I also like to wear my gold SS AW6 w/ nicer gold Milanese loops, mesh bands and link bracelets- and leather bands. I understand with an Ultra it breaks the rules of formal dress, so do you have a SS or titanium AW that is not an Ultra?
