How is battery life on your series 10?
I can use it for 16 hours straight and remain at ~30-40%, and for sleep tracking, assuming that when you go to bed, the watch is fully charged, will get you through the night with ~80% battery still, this is a GPS only 42mm model, so LTE is not accounted for, and this is not on Low Power Mode

Wear my Aw Ultra 2 24/7 for the last year and it wakers me up every day with the haptic alarm at 6.30am (much to my partner's relief of no alarm blaring) - only off when I have brekkie so gets to charge for 30 mins to one hour every day.

I swim every day in the sea with it and it goes into the shower at my gym with me. Zero issues and battery health is

It is never ever in low power mode and to be honest it has been absolutely bulletproof- not a mark or scratch on it either.

I was not conned by Apple marketing to buy one so I never wear one and never will. Instead, I purchased a Garmin which is known for high quality, reliability, and long life instead of needing to be replaced every few years. Yes, it integrates with my iPhone, but does not need a phone for most of its features including sleep, stress, health snapshot, GPs, music, etc. Garmin does not due near the marketing as Apple do not need to convince those who value quality that it is a great product with outstanding customer service. Garmin is also a company that makes navigation equipment for private and commercial aircraft, and marine navigation for yachts and cruise ships. It has to be good, reliable, and trouble free. Otherwise, people may die. Those values also exist in their watches. So, if you want an overpriced prestage brand released with known bugs, buy an Apple. But if you want a quality, well-engineered, durable timepiece with outstanding timepiece that does not rely on a mobile phone to work, by a Garmin.

FYI: I have no financial interest or connection with Garmin. I have never worked for them. No one I know has ever worked for them. I just am convinced that they make great products along with outstanding support for them.
So weird to come to a mac watch forum and say this - I cant imagine joining a Porsche Boxster forum and saying " You were conned by Porsche and you all should have bought an Audi TT as I did " and now I am commentating on a forum for a product I dont own - just so odd.

Plus as always YMMV

"I am sitting here with a once very expensive Garmin 6S Pro and I have to hold the charging cable on an angle and press it tightly to charge. I have two cables same result, I have cleaned all the connections with cleaning alcohol. So screw Garmin, I have now gone back to a Casio G Shock with a battery that will last 11 months and a solar panel I can recharge it with, for another 11 months."

"Just sold my Garmin Forerunner 255 and went back to Apple Watch. The final straw was when Garmin pay stopped accepting Wells Fargo bank which was months ago. I was wearing a $350 piece of junk with no smart watch capabilities, no mobile pay, possibly worse GPS than Apple, Samsung, Pixel watch due to the need to connect to a satellite (the other 3 are automatic) and just lacks bells and whistles of modern watches. The battery life was getting worse after every update as well. Oh and you have to go directly into the Garmin app and keep refreshing your recent activities to get it to sync to Strava, Nike Run Club, and other fitness apps that are tied to your pile of junk. A $350+ watch should be an automatic when Bluetooth/wi-fi is enabled. What a joke!"

Usually, my Apple Watch stands at around 70-80% battery life after sleep tracking from full charge. Before my trip, I let it run for 17-18 hours continuously to allow the battery to adapt to long-term usage. I also enable low power mode and disable the Always-On Display (AOD) when the battery drops below 35%. Since I have a cellular Series 6 stainless steel model, I usually keep my iPhone with me at all times. Therefore, I don’t set up cellular on my watch.

Went from a 8 to Ultra 2 and dont do anything to stem battery loss on the Ultra - its display is on all the time and I wear it to bed for sleep tracking and the fantastic haptic alarm and it gets 45 mins each morning to charge as I have brekkie and shower. I dont think I have ever seen it below 50% even when I stream audio sometimes straight from the watch to my Sony XM5s at the gym.
